Bodybuilding diets aren't really the greatest for health. I been trying to find a way that you can optimize muscle growth without sacrificing health. @Dr.Jim , @Docd187123 , I been reading about how Constantly activated MTor can lead to disease. If that's correct then eating protein all day would be negative for health. With that in mind I'm considering intermittent fasting due to keeping MTor only activated at certain times around training. I would like to know your thoughts on that , as well as how concreate is the science on fasting and longevity. I think that we all should be concerned with being healthy and not just looking good or being strong. I know the young guys don't really care , but there are a lot of here that are past the "I'm invincible " phase and want to optimize health and longevity as well as looking awesome.
