Diet Help....Need Some Advice Guys...

I went from 201 to 208 in 4 days....all water I'm sure
Interesting.
I don’t think simply subbing fats for carbs would have such a damaging effect on physique. I followed @NLM36 advice as well. Added carbs this week and ended looking better while still losing weight and remaining dry but fuller. However I’m also taking winstrol until I get my adex in so maybe that’s helping

How's that winny working out for you?

Well now that I’m leaner, it’s definitely showing it’s benefits. My appetite is a little suppressed but I don’t feel the toxic lethargy since I’m only taking 40mg ed. Had my cheat day last night and am only 2lbs heavier and looking better as opposed to the usual 8lbs.

It’s hard to say though whether it was the carbs or the winstrol that’s been helping me. Before that I was the same weight but soft and depleted.

Even less, because I'm not eating as much fat. Abs...gone...I feel like a puffy mess
bro, cut, you got size get rid of the pudge you will look bigger. didn't follow whole thread, but if you were lean and depleted and add carbs, you will fill out. no idea what adding carbs does to someone at a higher body fat. id bust your ass get lean, increase insulin sensitivity, run AAS you should not loose size esp if on tren.

I’ve been thinking about that lately. How body fat makes you more susceptible to water issues and the good ole Reddit “carb intolerance”. I’m noticing as I get leaner I can handle food much better and not experience bloating / lethargy after eating carbs. The catch is that I must be dialed in with the calories as that is what matters more to me now. If I don’t hit my protein for the day, I’m not going over my limit just to hit it, I can wait another day

It's been a week, and I'm slowly losing the initial water bloat. Getting leaner again with about 150 slow digesting carbs a day. NLM was right...strength and energy are getting much better now.Screenshot_20210828-123741~2.png
