I am looking for some recommendations for a diet. Here is some info on me. I am currently 5'10 234 lbs about 19-22% bodyfat roughly. I am 34 years old. Fat used to be fairly easy for me to lose up until about 2-3 years ago. I could lose 15-20 lbs pretty easy. It just does not happen for me anymore. I am looking for some help because in the past I really did not have to diet per say, really hard to lose the weight. I would just beef up the cardio and eat a few less carbs and the weight would come off. I recently went to see a trainer/dietician. She is supposed to really know what she is doing (Fitness Pro Competitor). but, she has not come through and I am tired of waiting. I need to lose about 25-30 lbs. I had my BMR measured with one of those resting BMR machines. It says I burn 2100 calories at rest. My question is:
Can someone help me with a simple diet that would get me started towards weight loss given my 2100 BMR? I have never had to do this before. I know how to eat clean and I like all foods so, that is not a problem. I don't want anyone to have to do any hard work in this regards. I am hoping there is someone that has dieted enough that could just put some foods down in a simple meal plan and could give me a few subs to add in and out and that would be enough. If someone wanted to really get detailed I would be willing to Pay Pal them something for their time but hopefully someone can help a little w/out me having to do that.
