Diet on PCT

When on PCT should I keep the diet as it was on cycle or should I reduce to what my new maintenance would be ?
Also how long should I wait until I will be able to start a cut as I do plan to cut naturally after my cycle. Or would that be a bad idea even after a few months as I will absolutely loose the muscle gained on cycle even after restoring natural test fully ?
 
If you cut during PCT you'll lose a lot of muscle tissue. This is why I'm an advocate for tapering down/cruising in the last month of a cycle and using that time to cut while you can benefit from the hormones. PCT should be about maintaining as much as possible (because you'll be losing cycle progress with each passing day) for as long as possible. I'd say just listen to your body in terms of hunger. Testosterone isn't the only hormone that controls hunger, lipolysis, fat storage, glycogen storage, muscle growth, etc.
