okay so last 6 weeks dropped my carbs right back, leaned right up to start my "bulk" from a leaner position and hopefully stay leaner too. im down to about 11% bf weighin my lightest in a long time 90kg's.
diet/drug protocol will be:
7am 5iu's pharma hgh in one shot
7am 6ius humalog slin (seperate jabs)
meal 1:
7am 40g dextrose, 40g whey, 10g creatine & 10g bcaa's
meal 2:
7:30 150g oats, 100g blueberries, 150g steak
meal 3:
10:00 250g rice, 150g chicken, 100g broccoli
meal 4:
13:00 250g rice, 150g chicken, 100g broccoli
14:00 TRAIN followed with 8iu's humalog post workout
meal 5:
15:30 50g dextrose, 50g whey, 10g creatine & 10g bcaa's & 10 caramel ricecakes
meal 6:
16:30 250g rice, 150g chicken, 100g broccoli
meal 7:
19:00 250g 5% lean mince, 100g brown pasta, tin chopped tomato's
meal 8:
22:00 300g total yoghurt, 100g oats, 100g blueberries, 25g whey & tablespoon peanut butter
