Hey guys. So I’m currently on a bulk. I’m up 5 lbs since start of bulk about 3 weeks ago maybe more. I’m noticing weight gain and eating nutrient dense clean foods I.e chicken beef fish eggs rice potatoes noodles yogurt granola protein shakes etc. I’m 26 6’2 183 lbs at current, my current macros are at 3800 calories 226 protein 497 carbs and 106 fats. I’m finding it hard to eat this amount on pure clean foods. Unless I drink my protein and or calories. I’m wanting to see if this amount is good as far as macros go as I want to build more mass then fat if possible. I am starting a cycle of test c mast e and npp. Any info helps.
 
You could eat more calicorically dense food to get it down. Should never feel bloated or distended. The fact you gained weight that fast imo your surplus is a bit high probability will gain alot of fat.

I eat clean caloric dense foods, only fat I’ve noticed in around my belly really. I figured it might be high. I want more muscle than fat but my end goal is 200. Do you think those macros are ok with the cycle I’ll be starting?
 
I wouldn’t worry as much about eating some fat. I believe modern science has proven that eating fats is not what gets you fat, simple carbs and sugar is what will get you fat. Unless of course you are eating a shit ton of fat. Based on what you said you are eating, you could use a little more fat in my opinion, especially at your height and current weight.

Yeah like I said eating clean every now and then I’ll get like a sub sandwich or McDonald’s but 98% of my diet is calorically dense foods. Been gaining good weight only fat I’m seeing is around my belly and waist

You're young so this doesn't matter that much but I wouldn't push it too far.

I'd up the protein to 300 drop the fat to 60 and eat less...bwx14 or 15 to start. Most bulks are just guys turning into fatasses tbh

Yeah I’ve definitely seen that. If I was going to natty bulk I’d only up my caloric intake like 300 or so. As for proteins 230 is already hard enough to get down in a day with my substantial carbs. The fats come easy. I’m planning to hit my weight goal by the end of my cycle and maybe a little past that.
