Hey guys. So I’m currently on a bulk. I’m up 5 lbs since start of bulk about 3 weeks ago maybe more. I’m noticing weight gain and eating nutrient dense clean foods I.e chicken beef fish eggs rice potatoes noodles yogurt granola protein shakes etc. I’m 26 6’2 183 lbs at current, my current macros are at 3800 calories 226 protein 497 carbs and 106 fats. I’m finding it hard to eat this amount on pure clean foods. Unless I drink my protein and or calories. I’m wanting to see if this amount is good as far as macros go as I want to build more mass then fat if possible. I am starting a cycle of test c mast e and npp. Any info helps.
