Another vote for Kimchi and hydration. I have the same issue though until I have a stupid cheat meal of KFC or something, then its just a mess.

170g fat free greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein=30-40g protein, depending on your yogurt and powder and is like eating nothing. Top with a little whip cream and/or berries .Do you make protein pudding? If so how?
