[Dinitro] Comprehensive Crystal Dinitrophenol 2,4 Log [25 Days] [DNP Arrived: 9/5/2015]

sounds like you had some under dosed crystal

when i make crystal dnp in a research lab (I'm sure its similar in an UGL) i go 50/50 dnp to whatever salt i want to react, so already its 50% whatever it was to begin with, then most UGL will cut it with cornstarch or something yellowish dropping the DNP dose even lower

long story short, pay the extra $ for powder ahah

It was powder and it came from the only guy I trust to make DNP. It was on a group buy where, if memory serves me, there were 4-5+ other ppl who got from the same batch. All had sides but me. I gave my left over to a friend to use before his show and he got the sides at just 500mg a day.

Interesting, did you lose weight like the others in your group?

Fixed my thermometer issue. I just keep it in my pocket for 5 mins before I take my temp!

General Review: Today was exhausting. I woke up under my sheet slightly damp even though my apartment is 51 degrees F then got up and walked around completely naked, with my core still feeling warm, and my skin feeling just perfect. Sat around all day until I worked out and it was pretty bearable due to the extremely low ambient temp. Walking around definitely felt like I was jogging anywhere I went.

Workout Review: I still haven't taken a performance hit from DNP, but my level of comfort in the gym is drastically decreased. Like, fuck every set .. I have to force myself to do each rep after 4. I didn't start sweating when I walked in the gym, I started sweating the moment I got in my car on the way to the gym. My heart rate was raised about 20bpm higher than normal after each set. It was like light circuit training! I'm really impressed with my performance thus far, and have something else I would like to note. Despite my injuries from deployment, I feel as if being hot all the time is helping my body achieve a sort of looseness in what were once ultra tight muscles. My capacity for mobility and lower body strength is drastically improving at a pace MUCH faster than before!!!! I've seen 1 months progress in 4 days so far.

Just want to point out that Dinitro does not sell underdosed DNP, and his caps come with a few extra goodies. Ironically, he lives right by me LOL.

General Review: Woke up in a puddle of sweat with an elevated resting heartrate, but still didn't feel warm. I genuinely feel that low carb/CKD removes an easy source of energy (and thus heat). I do NOT believe for a second that this affects the amount of fat oxidation. While you may indeed burn more calories on a high carb approach to DNP, I see no reason to believe that means increased fat oxidation. Just more calories burned and more misery. Every movement is a chore, and the ambient temp of 51 degrees at my place seems like room temperature. Going outside doesn't really affect how I feel. At night I felt slightly warm, during the day I .. still felt slightly warm. That being said, almost immediately after eating some rice I burned up for the next 5-6 hours and was completely miserable.

Workout Review: Felt like shit in the gym. Every rep was a measure of willpower. My strength isn't down, but my endurance certainly is.... I'm really happy I've incorporated 3 "strength and power" super low volume workouts through the week, or my ego would destroy me using all these 20-40lb dumbbells where I would probably be using 35-60lbs for the same rep range and amount of rest. My workout partner even noticed I was constantly breathing hard and sweating balls.

Hey everyone, I apologize for the lapse in updates. I have everything recorded in my proper format with astounding results so far. 21 hours of class per week, 2 work outs a day, multiple labs, and being a tutor really take time away from posting.

Tomorrow morning I will update the last 4 days! Some interesting (but many expected) new developments.

General Review: Today I really felt terrible. I was out of breath just from tutoring and taking 10 seconds to explain a concept to a fellow student. The heat came in seemingly indiscriminate random waves.

Workout Review: My heart rate never went down during my workout, and I hit an eventual point where I felt as if I was almost going to pass out. Honestly, I can't maintain the volume I was training with, but I can maintain the intensity. I'm gonna have to tweak each workout individually. I did miss one of my pedialyte concoctions before the workout due to class, but made up for it afterwards albeit shaky on my feet.

General Review: My heart rate is almost always slightly elevated... but it feels as if each heartbeat is POUNDING. I got a few hours respite somehow in the evening even though I had eaten carbs. Class was unbearable. Standing next to a magnetic hot plate w/ stirrer I was pouring sweat and went through a half roll of paper towels. Was even questioned about it. I laid on the couch and just slept most of the day.... woke up dozens of times in a puddle of sweat. Purchased another box fan when it cooled down in the evening!

Workout Review: Today was a rest day, thank God!

General Review: I wouldn't have been able to work out today if it was scheduled. I woke up dehydrated and with cracked lips. The breaker flipped in the middle of the night and my fans turned off. My sheets were soaked, mattress soaked, pillows soaked, and covers soaked in a 6 x 6 area rofl. Almost my entire bed. Spent all of sun-up inside drinking iced water/pedialyte and aminos. I dont't feel any warmer than the day before but I was definitely more out of breath from the lightest activity.

Workout Review: Today was a rest day, thank God! But in the evening I walked around in the cool air for 3 hours while sipping on a camelback full of iced pedialyte and aminos.

General Review: Ok, today I really didn't feel warm at all. I was constantly out of breath even when lying down... my urine is noticeably darker than usual, which was pretty dark the past few days anyway! Sitting on the couch with both fans on low was very pleasant. Even though my weight is continuing to drop, I look like utter ass. I went from having a gut, to seeing ab lines, to having some flat and unimpressive stomach with a couple of undefined lines. All in the past 8 days!

    Workout Review:
My performance in the gym isn't shot with my workout partner pushing me, but my heart rate is easily +50 what it normally sits at. I would say that even with DNP my numbers have improved slightly, with my ability to superset slightly diminished.

General Review: There really isn't much difference from yesterday. Constantly out of breath. Barely ever warm, don't like looking at my flat self in the mirror. Today I noticed that I'm seeing a great deal more vascularity than when I first started (which was almost none).

Workout Review: Ok... I can't squat like I could last week. By the 10th rep I feel like im going to pass out and my heart is beating a million miles per minute. All of my lifts are down from my prior leg day and I don't like it. A carb up day is in order I think...
