A hydrophobic membrane, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) will resist any aqueous sample, creating back pressure. Although it is sometimes possible to overcome this back pressure with additional force, there is a risk of membrane rupture and incomplete filtration.

Aqueous samples are unlikely to damage most membrane materials, particularly hydrophilic.

Since oleophobic membranes don't exist in order to have the effect you described, hydrophilic is fine and well all around

Everything i Brew has either 1.5% or 2%.. If it is something that i will use up quickly or a small batch 1.5% id its a larger batch or something that may end up sitting for a year or 2 i use 2%..

I had one crack one time. . I use 18-20 psi.. if i am going to vial up immediately after I don't bother sterilizing a glass media bottle.. I just take my chance. If I make a big batch to where I may vial up 10 vials and store 100-150ml i deffo use glass bottle

I have not tested my raw powder, but will send off finished sample. I plan on calculating a 6-8% overdose. If it comes out a little over or under it will be ok. I am using sealed sterile vials and the caulking gun method with the IV hose. What i have figured so far is that i want to mix the mct, BB and powder for about an hour at just below but not at the melting point. Slowly reduce the heat while adding the BA to mix for about 15 minutes. let cool to about 100 and filter.( in a nut shell)
Brew #2 will be Mast E at either 300 or 400 mg/ml

Yeah I have been lucky with hitting the target mg/ml.. I have some Eq 500mg/ml and NPP 200mg/ml that i need to send in to test I've just been spending money in other areas atm... Thanks for the confident words bro!!
