Are you in the States or Canada?
I've never ordered pins.
I walk into the Shoppers Drug Mart closest to me and the lovely female owner gives me any pin/syringe I want.
She asked me what it was for I said Testosterone, she immediately smirked and said " do you want the 23g tips as well?" Aka for drawing ( 25 to shoot ) I smiled and said Sure! Haha buying pins for me is like grocery shopping!

My syringe source is Winn Dixie. I've never had any problems buying syringes from them.

Where I am from i can just go to the pharmacy and by them for 50 cents a piece. Or I've went to the needle exchange place. But the ones mentioned above are good to if you can't go to pharmacy or have needle exchange

Go to your local feed and supply store. They're hanging from the walls like chips and candy bars.. discreet? Why?

As for why: I don't want people knowing I inject myself with "illegal drugs". It could ruin my credibility in my career.
But you own horses and hogs...
I've ordered twice from them. And what do you mean discreetly ? The box doesn't say syringes on it or anything about medical supplies but the syringes are right there when you open the box
