What are you currently taking, if anything?

What is your diet like?

Any health conditions? Also age range if you're willing to share.

These details may help others to understand what your body is working with/against.

Age 34
Im on 750 test 500 tren and 1 mg of reta only started this cycle 2 weeks ago tho. Previously when this started I think I was only on 400 test
No health conditions whatsoever

About 14% bodyfat

Reduce tren to 100.
Just saw a podcast that pro Bodybuilder Adolf Burghardt, after being on way higher doses for years, reduced tren to 150 and doesn't see a reason to go back on higher doses.

Imho, with 14% body fat you may not net need it at all.

think it’s hypoglycemia?

Any shaking? Sweating moments ? Weakness?

Tren in some has been known to affect blood sugar. When ever I have glucose issues it starts with brain fog/confusion and dizziness.

The Reta and Tren might be dropping you low after lifting or certain times.

check bg whenever you feel like this, could definitely be going hypo. Easy fix is to have intraworkout carbs on hand whether thats liquid or fast digesting carbs like candy. Do you have a preworkout meal with a good amount of carbs?

I thought about that but it started before the tren and the reta.
I got this back on my bloods yesterday

HbA1c IFCC 34 mmol/mol 20-42
Glucose 4.4 mmol/L (3.0-6.0)
Im perfectly in range
No shaking
No cold sweats
Just dizziness
It happened to me yesterday and stayed with even after consuming sugar it was going on for nearly 2 hours till I had a nap woke up fine

hypoglycemia feels like death, kind of like an unpleasant opioid OD. (depending on how low BG is).
WHat he is describing might just be normal exhaustion combined with the hit your cardiovascular system takes when you are on 500 tren

Had 80 grams of oats with aprox 50 grams of protein 1 hr before

get the tren dose down and see if it persists 2-3 weeks from now. Cardiovascular capacity is liekly a bit compromised

disregard me saying it might not be low BG, try using quicker acting carbs/ more carbs. 50g dextrose 1h-30min pre is usually a good amount.

Thanks for the help I think you could spot on, I was worried about blood pressure last year and got it checked in the pharmacy, it came back high cant remember results, but they told me to go to the doctors where I got an ecg doctor said there wasn't an issue. I explained to him I was taking steroids so he told me to go over to the hospital for another test to make sure there was no damage to the heart came back perfect, unless it has changed since then or like u say capacity is down , I will definitely try the faster acting carbs might try that first .

What does that have to do with being dizzy after a hard work?
