DNP Boys - Once your done

Hey bros,

Don't post here much but I have a few questions about DNP which seems this board is pretty experienced on.

Currently I am 23 yrs old, 200lbs 15% bf. Have done 2 cycles (last one was a tren/prop/winny cycle - doing PCT nolva/hcg right now - stopped the clomid cause i was getting too emotional :P )

I've run a couple T3/clen cycles but Im looking into trying out DNP one time only. Prolly an 8-10 day cycle.

Soooo... i was wondering.. after your cycle is over.. how much weight do you gain back.. anyone experience losing alot of weight then gaining a bunch back cause they body thought it was starving itself?

On a low carb diet (glycogen depleted) what is the average loss of fat for someone my size. Running 4 days @ 200mg and the other 4-6 at 400mg

And i read the sticky with the benefits of DNP but anyone have some serious injuries or seen some.. like failing liver.. etc.

peace

Dom.

I ran DNP for 21 days. I didn't have a rebound effect or any side effects that I know of. Start at 200mg a day and increase to 400mg a day if you think you need it.

thanks for your comment

Im thinking of running
200mg day 1-4
400mg day 5-10

what type of results would one see with my stats.

What was your results from doing 21 days? did you start at a really high BF?

Thanks bro..

It's really hard to say how much a person will loose, especially if you've never tried it before. I've heard of people loosing as much as 1lb of fat a day. I lost about 13lbs on it. No I didn't have a very high bodyfat.

Don't try to follow a low carb diet on DNP, your blood sugar levels may get too low. Eat moderate carbs. How much you will gain back is the same with anything else, if you go back to eating like shit and not working out the fat will come back, otherwise it pretty much stays gone.
As far as kidney damage, etc., there are plenty of studies in the sticky showing no proof of this, and one of the members on this board actually had blood work done after a cycle with zero problems.
