DNP Cycle Log!

My body managed to cope until somewhere around 250-300 mg ED, after that it was party time in bloat town. Looks like matey above experienced the same.

Which makes it a proven scientific fact worthy of a listing in the DNP Encyclopedia.
How long did the bloat last you? Like if I ran 500 for 4 days after my 250 for 4 when will I clear out roughly I keep reading anywhere from 2day-8days. I've just been chugging water and keeping sodium low

For me, it took 4-5 days and there was little to no residual water.
 
Thanks cause I'm 3 weeks out and not trying to look puffy I need to see where I'm at haha

oh, being 3 weeks out, here's what I propose you consider: 4-5 days to get the bloat off, but you'll come out of that looking flatter than a pancake. If you add 2-3 days, totalling 6-8 days to carb up, you should be peaking. Good luck man, tell us how it went. D

Tho I'm ised to a keto based diet, I see that carbs aid in fat loss on DNP. The first 5 days I had my usual under 30g of carbs.. I had an impromptu outting (red lobster). I said fuq it had pasta (no alcohol fml) and I woke up thinking ok I'll weigh more no biggie.. 1 lb down.. tho the scale isn't reflecting much I see body comp changes (even with water retention).

Anyone have dieting preferences on DNP? What seems to work best for YOU, not bro science.

I ate around 150carbs on DNP worked fine for me
 
Day 12 weight bounces all over ive seen one major drop of 3lbs over night.. very lethargic lately.. not certain if a coworker got me sick or my body saying enough.. temp has been fine fluid intake and supplements on point.. still trying to go 9 more days for a total of 21
