DNP Cycle Plan, opinions/critiques appreciated :)

I start tomorrow. I have 250 mg capsules of crystal DNP and plan to run this for a month. I'll take it with food - after breakfast. I don't know if I will need to go any higher than 250 mg because I am a 5'3" female. I am keeping it open to increase to 500 mcg, that being the absolute limit that I will let myself go to no matter what.

My supplements:
-ECA stack (usual dosage 3x per day; previousy I have always omitted the A, but I'll be adding it in this time as a baby aspirin because of some potential benefits specific to me)
-Cytomel (50 mcg a day; the week after DNP, it'll go up to 100 mcg a day because I do have to go for blood work in about a month and also because I'll be doing a T3 cycle after DNP)
-Sesamin 3000 mg per day split into 3 doses with meals
-Calcium pyruvate 2000 mg per day split into 2 doses (no calcium pyruvate with breakfast because of T3 interference)
-Magnesium in the form of MagOx 400, one per day
-V8 for electrolytes

To be honest, I am more apprehensive at the amount of pills I have to swallow on this cycle than I am about taking the DNP in and of itself. After about swalling 3 in a row I start having to really force the rest down! Haha, the things we do...

Workouts are usually HIIT 3 x a week for me although sometimes I alternate with running, etc. While I hope to be able to continue, my priority is always ballet so I will dedicate my energy to that in lieu of formal workouts if I see I can't keep it all up. I'm at ballet several hours each day (I am a professional ballerina) although I will have the ability to cut down to a minimum of 2 hours if I am too fatigued from the DNP. Outside of ballet I do minimal strength training, save for PT and sometimes pilates-type exercise.

I do college part time so hopefully I'm not a sweaty mess in class but if I am, oh well!

So, in summation:
Wake up - Cytomel 50 mcg, ECA stack
Breakfast + DNP 250 mg + sesamin 1000 mg
4 hours after first dose - ECA stack
Lunch + sesamin 1000 mg, calcium pyruvate 1000 mg
4 hours after first dose - ECA stack
Dinner + sesamin 1000 mg, calcium pyruvate 1000 mg, magnesium 400 mg
V8 will be taken with lunch and/or dinner
If I have trouble sleeping, I have ketotifen, Benadryl, Valerian root, and melatonin at my disposal (obviously not to be taken all together lol)

Usual diet is Spike Diet style, ie. 6 days eating quite a bit and the 7th day going hog wild. I intend to keep it up (I lose fat better than any other way eating like this), but I am prepared to adjust as needed in case my Sunday food fest makes me too hot.

Opinions/advice?
 
seriously reconsider the use of DNP.

if you havent already… review the stickies and pay close attention to the side effects.

i can't stress that enough!

most logs show the benefit of DNP over the short term… but most of those writers haven't returned to post the aftermath… or ill effects years on down the road.

A diligent diet and sound fitness program will get you where you need to be…. Forget about the DNP.
 
Thank you all for the advise and reminders not to cook myself - I have done a huge amount of research and I don't believe there remains anything about DNP online that I have not yet read! :)

I am at a point/in a situation which, in my humble opinion, merits the use of DNP possibly more than other situations where people have used DNP. I am neither new to dieting nor to dieting with the aid of fat loss compounds. Without going into a narrative about myself and why I'm choosing to use DNP, if there are guidelines for who should be using DNP and who shouldn't (and I have seen some written here and there by respected individuals on forums like this one), I certainly do satisfy those 'requirements'. I have decided, after a lot of thought and research, that going the DNP route has the potential to be an overall better alternative to the other options available to me at this time (including simple diet and exercise, which of course I do already). I do, however, appreciate the reminder to be cautious - it is always better to be safe than sorry and I intend to take every measure possible to make my run with this as safe as can be.

JackC4, without having had any previous experiences with DNP, the best I can do is predict what dose would do me best. Since I am female and very athletic (although my BF% is not as low as usual for me - lowest was 13%, now I think it's 18-20%), I have reason to believe I could get excellent results even with a relatively low dose of 250 (remember also that it is crystal form). That coupled with the fact that the demands of my lifestyle mean I can't really afford to be totally 'out of commission' for an extended period, as well as wanting to err on the side of caution, makes me more inclined to stay on 250 throughout - hence the longer time period. At first I wanted to do 4 days 250 and 7 days 500 (if I handled it well), but all things considered I now think that a longer, lower-dose run is more fitting.

loveyourbody, would you mind going into more detail about your bad experience?

I ended up not starting it today, by the way. Yesterday I came down with a bad stomach bug and even though it's gone today it would be straight up stupid to not delay it until I feel 100%. A plan is a plan, but - especially with DNP - being flexible is more important. Like I said, I'm not taking any more risks than those inherent with the use of DNP itself! ;)

Thats good. I am not against the use of it....but I also understand the concern. I have used DNP myself with zero ill effetcs after blood work and all. However, as they say, and it appears you are....be careful.

you really might not want to do HIIT while taking DNP. that shit is lethal. If your that worried try Clen and T3 stack. Most effective IMO. DNP is severe and if you like to sit and sweat while doing nothing then have at. I have done 3 cycles of that trash and each time it did not give me the desired effects.

A simple Clen/T3 and Stanz stack will do you good, especially if your doing HIIT.

Instead of having a "hog" day, why not have a normal day and drop the DNP. Shit is awful, your going to sweat regardless. Your probably going to run it anyway so I would say 250mg for 4 days and 10 days at 500mg depending on sides. Good luck and don't die.

Ok I was writing down on a journal so I will just breaf it because its a lot of info and I hope it helps a few people out there
-I used DNP crystal 250mg casuals from a legit source(took them each with the meal)
-A clean diet
- and low cardio


Day-1
Took one 250mg
Nothing
2 gallons of water
Day-2
Took one 250mg
Slight random heat flashes
2.1 gallons of water

Day-3
Took one 250mg
Feel slightly hotter, a few more random hot flashes, and a mild headache
2 gallons

Day 4
Took 500mg 1 in the morning and one around 3pm
Last night was hard to sleep kept waking up feeling super hot not sweating but really hot. Had a headache that wouldn't go away and felt like vomiting while having a mild stomach ache as well
Did intense cardio at the gym for an hour then went into the stem room. After being in for about 3min felt so hot that I had to get out and get into freezing cold water and even then still felt super hot.
2 gallons

Day 5
I took 500mg once I gain split am and pm
No cardio, just went to work and went straight home took the pills with no food and had only 1 cup of water did not feel dehydrated. Had felt hot, headache, like vomiting, and stomach pain.
1-2cups of water

Day 6
Droped back down to 250mg
Couldn't sleep kept waking up every few min. Ether because I was hot, stomach pain, or because diarrhea. I called out of work and slept all day I mean from 11pm the night before too 9pm today. But I kept waking up because of the disconcert.
2.3 gallons of water

Day 7
I stopped taking them I have black stool(black diarrhea because bleeding in the stomach), severely dehydrated from the high body temp, and the diarrhea. Also started getting and allergic reaction and got an itchy rash all over my legs, back, chest, and scalp.

Day 8
My friend took me too the doctor. He ask me questions but I was so dehydrated I couldn't look straight and kept answering with random shit I mean random. So I went to the doctor they did blood work and everything came back good. But, since I was so dehydrated they put me on I.V fluid. After and hour I was fully aware of my surroundings again. She told me to take Benadryl for the rash and it would be gone in a week or two.

So I thought it was finally over but boy was I wrong the worst was yet to come...

Just itchy

Day 10
Just itchy

Day 11
I was sleeping and around 3am I woke up holding my hand wanting to scream out in pain from 1-10 of the worst pain I have felt I would give it a solid 7.8 it felt like some one had just kept breaking my fingers and the pain would not go away. Eventually it subsided but the pain was around a 3 all next day

Day 12
Once again around 2:39am the pain came back so bad I could not stand it got up went to Walgreens got some asprin and Ben-gay
Took 3 asprin and Ben-gay all over my hads to numb the pain and too 2 Benadryl to fall back asleep

Day 13
No pain during the day but once again at night had the worst pain yet I would give it a 8.5 it almost made me cry honestly that how bad the pain was I got up and walked around and actually put my hands and super hot water just to feel a different kind of pain. Once again took the Benadryl, asprin, and Ben gay and passed out. Out of no where I had no nerve pain the next day and I thought it was finally over but no...

Day 14
Woke up feeling even worst nerve pain but this time in my toes from 1-10 I would give it a 9.

The nerve pain in my feet was so bad I couldn't stand for more than 10mins without having to sit down. I had made up my mind that if It doesn't get better by tomorrow I am going to the doctor. I have not had more than 4 hours of sleep because of the pain. "To give you an example of how bad the pain was and I'm not lieing here... i made up my mind if they told me it was permanent nerve damage that I would tell them to amputate my toes"

Luckily 2 days later it went away

I'm only writing this review on here because honestly I don't want anyone to go through that kind of pain my girlfriend thought I was going to die and honestly the doctor said 2 more days like I was and I wouldn't be here
This baby needs to be treated with respect.

Too many people just want to take the easy way… Me included.
(my motto is… better living through chemistry.)
However, its not always that simple.

My personal experience was life altering… cataracts in both eyes.
 
Breezil- I'm sorry to hear that man. I luckily didn't get that but the pain on my feet and hands was beyond anything I've ever experience to actually wake up because your fingers and toes are in so much pain is crazy. I just tell people to stay away

I have read a few posts from others claiming the same nerve pain in the feet and hands… From what i could tell they were much like yours.
Delay in symptoms… then debilitating pain.

unfortunately… the myth of cataracts was thought to be directed towards the female. that's not the case.

DNP should be left for the pesticide companies.
 
i ran a few short ones following the Meso stickies (posts by Concilliator). Dropping between 5-10lbs…

History-
I used to road race (endurance) as well as, MotoX/GNCC and the riding was taking a toll on my body so training was pushed aside. I thought DNP would help. It did… but the lethargy didn't help on the bikes… as well as the MS like cramps and twitches.

Then, i had a bad crash… lots of soft tissue damage, a helicopter ride to the hospital including a lengthy stay.

needless to say after getting out… my mobility was limited. So i supplemented low dose DNP for a long cycle to keep the body fat off, while i was essentially bed ridden.

Bad idea…. later that year the eye doctor said I had the onset of Cataracts… the next year they had matured enough for removal of the Occular lenses. That was between the ages of 38-39.

Trust me… using reading glasses at 40… with an active life style SUCKS!!!
