DNP Cycle Plan, opinions/critiques appreciated :)

I start tomorrow. I have 250 mg capsules of crystal DNP and plan to run this for a month. I'll take it with food - after breakfast. I don't know if I will need to go any higher than 250 mg because I am a 5'3" female. I am keeping it open to increase to 500 mcg, that being the absolute limit that I will let myself go to no matter what.

My supplements:
-ECA stack (usual dosage 3x per day; previousy I have always omitted the A, but I'll be adding it in this time as a baby aspirin because of some potential benefits specific to me)
-Cytomel (50 mcg a day; the week after DNP, it'll go up to 100 mcg a day because I do have to go for blood work in about a month and also because I'll be doing a T3 cycle after DNP)
-Sesamin 3000 mg per day split into 3 doses with meals
-Calcium pyruvate 2000 mg per day split into 2 doses (no calcium pyruvate with breakfast because of T3 interference)
-Magnesium in the form of MagOx 400, one per day
-V8 for electrolytes

To be honest, I am more apprehensive at the amount of pills I have to swallow on this cycle than I am about taking the DNP in and of itself. After about swalling 3 in a row I start having to really force the rest down! Haha, the things we do...

Workouts are usually HIIT 3 x a week for me although sometimes I alternate with running, etc. While I hope to be able to continue, my priority is always ballet so I will dedicate my energy to that in lieu of formal workouts if I see I can't keep it all up. I'm at ballet several hours each day (I am a professional ballerina) although I will have the ability to cut down to a minimum of 2 hours if I am too fatigued from the DNP. Outside of ballet I do minimal strength training, save for PT and sometimes pilates-type exercise.

I do college part time so hopefully I'm not a sweaty mess in class but if I am, oh well!

So, in summation:
Wake up - Cytomel 50 mcg, ECA stack
Breakfast + DNP 250 mg + sesamin 1000 mg
4 hours after first dose - ECA stack
Lunch + sesamin 1000 mg, calcium pyruvate 1000 mg
4 hours after first dose - ECA stack
Dinner + sesamin 1000 mg, calcium pyruvate 1000 mg, magnesium 400 mg
V8 will be taken with lunch and/or dinner
If I have trouble sleeping, I have ketotifen, Benadryl, Valerian root, and melatonin at my disposal (obviously not to be taken all together lol)

Usual diet is Spike Diet style, ie. 6 days eating quite a bit and the 7th day going hog wild. I intend to keep it up (I lose fat better than any other way eating like this), but I am prepared to adjust as needed in case my Sunday food fest makes me too hot.

Opinions/advice?

I really appreciate you guys sharing your experiences on here, horrifying as they sound!
loveyourbody, it seems I had already read your log at some point in my DNP research, I just didn't remember it was yours :) Good to re-read. I have to say, though, why in the world would you think it'd be a good idea to go into the steam room while on DNP?! Yikes, I would never.

I am still going to run the DNP and I hope that my experiences will be good and that I don't have an unusual reaction more than the expected side effects.
I felt completely 100% today but decided to hold off until tomorrow so that I have an entire day of being back in action before starting the DNP. No reason to play around foolishly any more so than what comes with doing DNP in the first place! I will control what factors I can control ;)

Good point about the HIIT. Somehow I forgot that it was never part of my original plan - probably because I've not done it in so long that I miss it and it slipped my mind. I happen to be trying out a month of unlimited classes of this pilates/yoga/strength workout class, and since I won't be doing HIIT, I can dedicate the month to giving it my all at those classes and going more often - so it works out well.

I started taking EC today since for some reason I felt more comfortable starting one less thing all at the same time. I do need to buy aspirin. Tomorrow I'll take my EC and T3 when I wake up, DNP + supplements after breakfast, and supplements again at lunch and dinner.

Wish me luck! Since there's not much else I could do or hope for in this case :) Oh, and I am aiming/hoping to lose 20 lbs in the month on DNP. I think that's pretty achievable considering 250 mg for a whole month. I'm thinking I will probably lose more in actuality (provided I don't have to stop early due to ill effects), but for that I'll just have to wait and see.

Are you going to log your cycle here?? I for one would like to see that.

seriously reconsider the use of DNP.

if you havent already… review the stickies and pay close attention to the side effects.

i can't stress that enough!

most logs show the benefit of DNP over the short term… but most of those writers haven't returned to post the aftermath… or ill effects years on down the road.

A diligent diet and sound fitness program will get you where you need to be…. Forget about the DNP.

I agree with this completely. Personally, I've ran up to 250-500mg... i had heart palpitations randomly while sleeping and eating (even @ 250mgs). Not to mention you wreak of sulfur and are more prone to heart problems.... also you are sweating 24-7!

RagingWilly, were you taking ECA stack along with DNP like most people do? If so, that would be a more likely explanation for the heart palps. I can really feel my heart beating but it's only because I'm ABOUT to take my first capsule and, also, I took EC earlier. Haha!

Ok, I swallowed it *still nervous - thanks to you guys!* I do mean a sincere thanks, though, because IMO if someone is taking DNP without having any hint of apprehension/fear, then they are too comfortable with DNP. One should never get too comfortable with DNP - that's the point where the use of DNP fails to be a safe use of SNP. So I'm glad for being more nervous than I was before; it gives me reason to have more trust in myself.

LYB, lol, hey no offense taken, sir! ^_^ Me being from a world where gender dominance is commonplace, albeit the other way around (ballet), I fully expect to be subject to being referred to in the wrong gender as a female in a male-dominated community. I probably should have made my username something that makes my gender obvious! Any way to change it?

I wasn't planning to keep a log, but I would be happy to since you guys expressed interest in following along. I'll start a new thread for it under the Steroid Cycle Log section of the forum instead of doing it in this thread because I think that would be the more appropriate place for it.

Oh, btw, something I've been thinking about re: monitoring temperature. Isn't the fact that you feel hot is actually a result of your body releasing heat rather than retaining heat (ie. heating up itself)? For example, when you have a fever, you usually feel cold, not hot; your body itself is hot, not releasing a lot of heat. Isn't this the opposite? That's not to say monitoring temp isn't something you should do because I think that DNP becomes dangerous exactly at the point where your body *can't* release all the heat it's producing (too much for it to handle) and it does start heating up itself = fever. I will monitor my tempt to make sure it doesn't cross 99 but I think I need a new thermometer because mine hardly ever reads about 97.5 and that's on a low dose of T3. On 100 mcg T3 it starts approaching 98.6 but man I think I've had a fever twice in my life :P

I ran 250mg DNP, 25mcg T3, and Oxy Elite Pro. Don't get me wrong, you are your own woman! You've done enough research to know what your doing, which i respect greatly.

If you value your vital organs, make sure you dont exceed 250mg of DNP. Make sure you take electrolyte supplements and eat lots of fruit. I personally drank low sodium V8 everyday, along with potassium/vitamin E supps.
Drink over 1.5 Gal. of water, Carb deplete for the first 3 days while on to get rid of all glycogen within the muscles. Then over the course of your DNP cycle, you can feast on carbs. The reason for this is to have a early start on the fat burning capabilities. When there is no glycogen in the muscles usually fat is the first to go and soon after is your hard earned muscle.. Which is also why i recommend for men or even women to run DNP with an AAS

Hope this helps!

Look up posts from concilliator. He was one of the most knowledgeable in regards to DNP.

Your on the right track with release of core temp.
However, I believe your temp. Lowers when Using dnp. cellular reaction is how dnp works
