Hello everyone,
I am on my 5th day of 250mg. I am taking Maserati's DNP which is weighed at about 270-300mg crystal to equal about 250 powder. Of course all safety precautions are being taken. Plenty of water 3g vit C, 1200mg bit E 600mg ALA etc. Diet is 200g Pro 100g Carbs and 50g fat. I weight train 2x a week heavy and cardio 4-5x.
Weight at start I believe was 220LBS AT 16% BODY FAT, I WEIGHED THIS MORNING AT 215.5LBS.
in the past my body tends to just take any stims with no sides and though I give dnp much due respect (meaning I won't be blasting 500-800mgs ever!) I just don't feel anything at all with the exception of being thirsty. Not sure if its due to all the meat I'm eating. I do feel pretty bloated also and DNP as many others can attest is legit (blue and yellow cap). So on to my question.
I honestly wanted to stay at 250, I don't like the idea of inferno cycles and I also read on another board once where heat is just a "byproduct" and that it does not measure whether its working or not. Can anyone shed some light on this please? You see though I am bloated and appeared to lose 4.5lbs, I have been doing insanity workouts which are pretty intense back to back so I don't know if weight loss is DNP or cardio. Anyhow I really wanna keep itbat 250, if its still increasing my metabolism the way I hope it is and no lethargy keeping me back from doing insanity based cardio would be great. I'd just hate to find out at the end it gave me results I could have gotten in the "same time frame" with just cardio. Thnx
