DNP cycle

Hi guys, this is my first post but I've been lurking for quite a while doing my reading. I started to exercise and get moving again about 6 months ago after a long hiatus. I did crossfit for 4-5 months and built the discipline to regulate my diet.

Im 29, weigh 184 BF = 22%, in 4 months I dropped from 205 to 184. I also would like to mention I have a under active thyroid, hypothyroidism being controlled with armor thyroid that has both t3 and t4.

I've shifted over to following a simple bodybuilding routine and I've been doing this for a month now.

However my biggest issue is the fat that hangs from my body, I have a tire that really bothers me and messes up my confidence with the ladies. I don't even want to have sex because I feel disgusted by my fat.

I've been eating semi-clean at 1800kcal and my TDEE is around 2100kcal.

I just recently started a very time consuming masters program and find that its hard squeezing in exercise and diet while keeping on top of tests and career focused events.

I was pre-med in college and switched over to economics, so I have a basic understanding of the organic chemistry underlying steroids and DNP.

Now that I have that out of the way, here is what my cycle will look like. (Still waiting for the BTC to hit my account so I can buy from some of the sources named here)

Im thinking of doing a low dosage (250mg) extended cycle of 20 days.

Im planning on monitoring my temperature, and my heart rate (fitbit) to make sure that I don't let the DNP build up to dangerous levels.

I think I'll handle the side effects of DNP better at a lower dosage first then if I need to do a second cycle I can up the dosage then.

I plan on reducing my carbs down to 100g, and keeping them complex.

Maybe I'll do some cardio, but I have to see how my body will respond to the DNP and how it affects my HR, don't want to put too much stress on it.

Any problems you guys can see in my plan? Any advice I should heed?

No BB in their right mind would even consider the use of DNP, for several reasons but one of the most glaring is the FACT, DNP is a purely CATABOLIC compound, and that includes it's effects on protein stores such as SKM!

(Oh and I can almost guarantee you any form of "exercise" just wont' happen, bc a large portion of energy, as in ATP, will be wasted a heat the remainder will be consumed for BMR.

There are a few other threads on this poison and there is no need for another, IMO!

Yes I understand that DNP is catabolic, but I'm willing to even sacrifice some gains to get rid of the fat and get to a flat stomach even if I look at bit skinny.
 
Who said DNP only effects fat? IT DOES NOT fella, what you lose will be Glycogen, Protein and Fat!

GOOD LUCK you're going to need it running that junk! (rather than doing what you should be done to "lose fat", change your diet and partake in MORE aerobic activity, otherwise that "fat" will only return with a vengence )

I agree, DNP shoud be a last resort for a number of reasons- got to have a good source,must know all supplements to run while taking DNP and the shit can kill you and will make you feel like shit. That being said, i have a few cycles under my belt, and i understand your issue... If you decide to run, pm me, i will share my experiences with you...
 
I'd consider losing 10% bf before using anything else, although I've never used DNP myself.

From my understanding, DNP is on the extreme end of fat burners. At 22% Bf you wouldn't need such compound to lose bf, IMO you'll be able to do just fine with diet and cardio alone until lower %.
