Dnp from enhanced athlete

I'm just trying to lose 10 fucking pounds without doing cardio.
Off topic but that reminds me of a show I won the heavy weights and overall back in 2000. We were back stage waiting to walk out for the first round of mandatory poses and I had a another competitor ask me how much cardio I did to get so lean but stay that big. I laughed and said "Cardio? I don't do cardio". The guy that won the super heavies chimed in "me either" and we both laughed. I hate cardio.

Ya, know. I was just about to bust @Jak3d chops for being a lazy bastard and not doing cardio and you, a competitor of all people, chime in and confirms that it's beneficial to not do cardio.
What's cardio? Ha

Cardio is great for being healthy and all that but I only do it when absolutely needed. It works against you when trying to maintain muscle while losing fat. Besides, if you take enough fat burners your heart rate will be going just like you're doing cardio anyway. :)

I'm kidding of course (sort of). Cardio has it's place but I stay relatively lean year round so I don't have to rely on it for shows most of the time. A solid year round diet strategy (eating for purpose), cycled training designed with your goal for that phase of training, GH, DNP, T3 and Albuterol cycled during my cut phases help and cardio, if done is used in the beginning of prep and tapered off as things progress and substances are added. So on and so forth. It's a whole thing and it's obviously catered to me personally.

I quote the same thing. People ask me all the time "How do stick to your diet so well?" I eat with a purpose.

I totally understand the method your using and it wins shows apparently. I do cardio but it's very short HIIT 2x a week. Just enough to stimulate my cardio system. Need to be able to recover my breathing quickly in the gym so I can get more performance/intensity in during a shorter duration.

I prefer to live the accusation of "he just takes a lot of shit. That's why he looks like that". :) Why bother with the effort.

Okay so I got a question. Is the dnp gonna mess up my blood work for TRT? Anyone get blood work while on it? Not that I think this shit is any good. Still nothing. Hands are stained yellow though.

I don't know about blood work but you won't feel it yet so don't get frustrated and increase the dose. Today is day 6 and day 3 at 300mg. The sweats are the worst the they have been so far so give it time.

By day 3 at 250 mg sweating like crazy and I up to 500mg on day Ten had great results last few runs with a 2 week break same run and finished off with 1 month rest . Took calcium with it help with the heartburn

Bro...i feel like death. 200mg day 3 I believe. I have something else I'm taking and it might be that. Gonna gamble and stick with dnp and stop everything else.

Ya I had that too. You feel like you're getting the flu. What are the symptoms that you're having? It literally feels like you are being poisoned lol

Since I was 16 I've taken my vitamins and a few other things...not forgotten that. I feel thirsty, dry mouth, headache like I'm hung over (dehydrated) and I've drank just shy of 2 gallons of water a day since starting this. I normally drink a whole gallon without trying. Haven't had to pee that much either. Not sweating.

Like I said Im taking something else that's new, I know not smart but never had to drop one from side effects I didn't recognize when trying two new things at once before.

Ya man I felt similar, basically felt like shit. It will pass in a few days and you'll only notice the sweating and tired feeling for 2 or 3 hours after your dose.

Same here first few days suck .you will wake up with such bad cotton mouth and sometimes a headache. It does get better

When you feel like death, can you function well at work and seem "normal" to those around you? Do they notice that you look like crap? [emoji90]

I am thinking of trying some next month. Want to wait till after March break is over with the kids. I done lots of research on it and made a list of all the other supps to take along with it.

Best way to describe how I looked and felt was like I was getting the flu. Not a getting a cold feeling but that I'm going to get sick feeling before you get the flu. It's not fun but it will pass and people will notice that you're not feeling good. My wife and kids asked me. Worst part is that I married the ice queen and she's always fucken cold so the heat in the house is fucken cranked lol

So after 3-5 days you look and feel better? Mainly just get hot and sweaty around carb meals? And still very tired after each dose?

I see most lower or cut cardio completely and drop overall workout volume. I wonder if a high rep program would better suit the weeks your using DNP or a rep progression like 20, 15, 12, 10 (3-4 sets per exercise).
