Dnp from enhanced athlete

Are you taking ECA stack for energy and added other benefits? Plus are you taking all your daily antioxidants and electrolytes to counter those sides? Assuming you are but just double checking.

Everything but the ECA. Well my kids have been home sick for a week and I think they got me sick because I have a fever and my ears are killing me so I'm not taking it anymore till I get this sorted out. I was on it for 10 days so it will be interesting to see how much Iost when I drop the water.
 
Appreciate the feedback guys. I am in the fence about trying this. Right now I'm on ECA stack currently. It's always worked for me and love the feeling when on it. I've never tried clen. Clen sides sound more favorable than DNP sides in general but not sure how effective it is in comparison.

I guess the biggest difference is DNP works faster but you feel like complete crap during the entire cycle but it is over faster than ECA or ECA + Clen cycle.

Don't be too scare about the side effects. It's tolerable. I would recommend to run it now before the weather gets warm.

250mg day 1-5
500mg day 6-10
Or
250mg day 1-5
350mg day 6-10
500mg day 11-15
 
Ya I had that too. You feel like you're getting the flu. What are the symptoms that you're having? It literally feels like you are being poisoned lol

increase your vitamins and electrolytes... multi, vit c, magnesium and of course NAC (probably most important), etc
 
@GearGodess Thanks, I've upped the doses and I'm taking 1000 vitamin c 800 vitamin e plus 250ml of V8 everyday. I didn't stop yet lol I actually don't think I'm sick I just lowered my dose to 200 and I feel a hell of a lot better. I'll have to google nac haha

I take back what I said about EA dnp. Not all people react the same to dnp. I grew up in a poor country and probably have a stronger immune system. My Chinese dnp wasn't underdosed either. I took 750mg (250mg EA dnp 3 times a day) for 28 days and lost about 14lb including muscles because my protein intake wasn't dailed in most of the time. I ran my Chinese crystal dnp for 25 days (850-1000mg daily) and came off 3 weeks prior to this run. I lost 14lb as well. So in total, I lost 28lb in 2 months. I can easily put all that weight back on in a month if I don't keep track of my diet. I'm gonna be on a strict diet for life.

Did you lose the weight after you dropped the water or did your weight go down while you were on it? After three weeks I'm only down three pounds but I can see that I'm alot leaner. All the fat I was carrying under my pecs is gone and also the inside of my legs are lean now.

Im holding water. I took my last dose yesterday so I'll have to update my weight after a week.
Regaining body fat is so easy. I recommend to estimate your maintenance caloric intake and keep track of what you eat in order to keep the weight off.

Thanks man. I've been going under 2000 calories and I'm still working out 4 times a week so I'm hoping I'm just holding water and that's why I've only dropped 3 pounds so far.
