DNP log — 6'4 222lbs (193cm 100kg) 20%BF

Not a chance in hell.

Nobody listens to me - the longest stretch is 14 days. The one exception is my wife, and that's probably only because I guided her to a trophy last time, so now she doesn't question my suggestions.

Plus the $$$ is not as good as my 9-5, so I would literally be stealing time from higher paying productive time for lower paying productive time, which does not seem like a good swap to me.

I just like to pretend I know something on the internet, LOL!

Cant argue with that
The Math has to make sense

You've got me beat by 13 days on advice... at least when it comes to my wife lol.

Am ~88.5kg now so down another ~3.5kg since my last post a month ago, not using DNP or anything anymore just natty now. Probably ~14% BF or so.

I'd expected at 88kg I'd be lower BF% like 10-12%. But of course of those 15kg I've lost coming from 103kg a few were deff muscle. Cause of corona rules gyms have been closed for almost 8 months now. For 6 months eating maintenance or more maintained my gains with a pair of max 30kg dumbbells at home, but last 2 months on a cut and only 2 dumbbells at home yeah 2-3kg musle gone probably. Gyms are reopening tomorrow though finally.

Gonna keep going for another month or longer till I'm 85kg, then I should be around my goal 10-12% BF

20 percent body fat and your messing with aas. That's the last thing u should be doing.
DNP is not aas it's neither anabolic nor a steroid. But it worked very well for me, at start of this thread in april I was 103kg and now in September I'm 80kg and 11.5%BF according to the same caliper that put me at 23%BF in April.and I lost it all in a matter of week, instead of straight 4-5 months cut

Weeks*

Fuck it, here some progress pics. Both relaxed poses and straight on no weird angles and shit:

April to august with 3 cycles and breaks.
1st cycle: 21 days (april) 4mg/kg/day
2 week break
2nd cycle: 14 days (may) 4 to 6.8mg/kg/day
2 month break
3rd cycle 11 days (july/august) 4 to 7.5/mg/day

Before someone says DYEL keep in mind I'm 6'4 and that's rounded to below, been in the gym for years albeit not consistent enouh some periods, it's slow filling out my frame. But yeah lately I'm struggling to progress, always doing brosplits with friends. Probably should eat way more and focus on compounds mainly something like greyskull LP

Anyone who believes they can esitmate BF%? Ya think around ~23% in the before and around ~11.5% in the after would be right

Uhh... no.

Not trying to be cruel but at 11-12% you would have WELL defined abs, little or no love handles and vascularity in multiple places (not everywhere but is several visible areas.)

You were close to 30% in Pic 1 and likely around 19 to 21% in pic 2. @malfeasance or @Demondosage will have a better eye for this than I do.

Nothing to sneeze at. That is good progress.

No way that is 20%. I agree it's not 11%. Maybe split the difference.

Grey is right, from my experience with DXA scans, 10-12% you would be ripped af dude. My abs started becoming super defined when I was scanned at 13.2%

You've done an amazing job on the weight loss man. Add some weights, get the muscle mass stimulated consistently. After you cement in the consistency think about adding aas.

Good job!

I also want to add that clenbuterol is dosed in micrograms, not milligrams. 40mg of clenbuterol gonna lead to a painful death. 40mcg of clenbuterol will make you twitchy, cold and probably want to jack off

Maybe split the difference
If he didn't have the large deposit of fat around his waist sure then teen ranges would be possible... but that ring is holding a lot of fat that simply isn't present in the BF teen % ranges.

Right now his waist is still larger than than his hips. For males that is not what you have in the teens.

The progress is good, but BF% ranges in the teens are the start of the "beach body" ranges. His picture simply doesn't reflect that.

He has gone from the fat-fat body type to the skinny-fat body type. An improvement to be sure.

You mean my hips are larger than my waist? I would have the same hourglass shape like that at 0%BF, my hipbones are very wide, I could lose more fat around there and be slimmer sure but those curves are literally my hipbones the shape will always be like that

No

You do need to lose more to get rid those hips. I think at this point, you need to start building some muscle before you cut anymore.

Definitely can see the width of the bones (more than most dudes) but up higher than the ilium you are carrying fat that is still wider than the width of your pelvic girdle bones.

nothing to fret over again.

You made positive changes with a definite visual impact. No doubt about it, you look far better now than in April.

So what's next?

Did you read post #18? If so, what did you think about incorporating some of that? I realize it's not as glamorous as DNP, and requires more effort, but the effort and consistent discipline will pay off in the long run.
