Dnp question

Hey guys,

Never ran dnp but im Researching it, thinking about running 200mg per day for 2 weeks for my cut. Ive come to find that benadryl or claritin will stop alergic reactions shortly after they occur.

SOME USERS report using dnp before there dnp cycle and all the way through to prevent an Alegric reaction from ever occurring.

Is this a wise plan to use benadryl or claritin or both before starting dnp cycle and all the way through as a precautionary measure?

I think it's sensible to have the antihistamines on hand. You may be one of the unlucky ones, but bear in mind you would be in the minority here. So its good to be prepared but I wouldn't necessarily expect any bad reaction to occur. So I would just use them reactively.

Otherwise in a DNP cycle I think the focus should really be more on correct hydration. Perhaps something to combat the inevitable lethargy too.

200 is a low dose. You may not experience anything worthwhile on that. Try starting at 100 a day for a few days. Bump it up to 200 for a few more days. 300, etc.

I ran 400 for two weeks and it was an ugly, sweaty mess. I lost about 15 pounds, although it took an extra week or so to piss out all the excess water I bloated up with. Your jizz will turn sickly yellow and you will have asparagus piss the entire time. This stuff is better suited to a winter run than a summer run.

In my experience the allergic reactions typically come on the second cycle of DNP and are usually relegated to those that run the cycles too close together. Basically, guys will run DNP and realize they didn't run enough, run long enough or liked the results so much they want more results again quickly and rush into another cycle almost immediately.

It's a harsh chemical and it needs to completely leave your body before you run it again or you run a higher risk of allergic reactions IMO. I typically recommend double the time you were on as a break. So if you run it for 2 weeks then take a month off of it before running it again, minimum. If you do it right, and do your part (eating and training) you shouldn't need it again that soon anyway.

I'd recommend to have your choice of allergy meds on hand but don't take anything if you don't have too. DNP is not the big bad wolf that many make it out to be. It's a great tool for starting a cut if you're above single digit BF%. It's got it's limitations and can be dangerous if your stupid about it. I use it as a solid starter on a cut then work my way into the other drugs that work better in single digit BF levels.

My suggestion is always to just take it and forget it's there. Don't obsess over it and stare at the mirror for hours looking for changes. Set your dose, take it ED for the chosen time frame, eat, train and see what really happened after you're done. It doesn't require a lot of after thought or constant tweaking. Especially on your first run.
