Those that know me around the board know that I compete in the Mens Physique Division within the NPC. Bulked up I am around 190lbs. On stage I will be around 160lbs (will look more like 180lbs peeled out of my mind). Anyways I just wanted to show you guys I am currently on 750mg Test E and 400mg EQ and Ran DNP starting at a weight of 188 at 1 250mg cap per day for 3 weeks ending this week at week 4. Obviously It makes you hold lots of water and makes you very flat. Diet is extremely clean, started at week 14 with 4 days a week on the stairmill at 30 min and the last two weeks at 6 days fasted morning cardio. Here are the results 188lbs at start on left, 172 on right. Let me know what you guys think. The second pic is just me after from different angles. Periodically during the prep I will post new photos. 1 around 8 weeks out, 5 weeks out, 2 weeks out and the day before. Also I want to stress the difference between powder dnp and crystallized dnp with antitoxins. I wouldn't touch the powder stuff with a 10 foot pole but the crystallized dnp is much safer and yes anything is dangerous if you abuse it or dont know what your doing with it. I am in no way advocating the usage of dnp I am just posting my experience with the compound and I put up a pic since no one ever does.
