If you rub them the yellow is going away and it's white?

Normaly it's easy to check it if their is generally DNP in the tabs.
Just crumble the tab and swallow it. If you almost vomit their is DNP inside.

That's the reason why you never should buy pressed tabs. Even if they are pressed the esophagus is irritated.

My pee got instant yellow but even after some weeks dnp 400mgs my sperm wasnt yellow, does that mean my dnp was underdosed? It still worked good.

Yes we use jizz color as the #1 indicator of under dosed DNP. Screw HPLC testing.

I can't answer why sometimes the sperm gets yelllow and sometimes not. I think the DNP gets deposit their after a few days. But not everybody react the same. So it doesn't mine that yours is underdosed.
Also my urine never gets yellow (when I drink enought).
