Hi

After a lot of reading on internet i finally desided to use dnp!

I am planning to do 200mg for 20 days. If i become tolerant i will increase dosage with 50mg or 100mg at the time. I will max be going to 300mg. First run, and i wane stay safe.

I got my dnp on this Monday. since it was late i took just 100mg that evening.
Tuesday 200mg in the morning
Wednesday 200mg in the morning


i also take:
potassium
calcium
vitamins
caffeine


i have not yet experienced anything. I got a little hot last night, but not sure i can relate that to the dnp, i sometimes get hot.

My urine is yellow/greenish might be from the massive amount of vitamins.
I drink a lot of water and basically go to the toilet every hour!

My question is:

at what point will i start to experience the effect? is it when the max buildup in body is reached (600mg)?

No dnp is not a steroid.:)

So i am on day 3 now, an i am happy i get the sweats when i eat carb rich foods.
And my urine has a really funky color, my sperm as well[:o)].

I been drinking a lot of water and still go to toilet very often.

I was at training to day, train grappling (submission wrestling), and my stamina was way down and
i breath allot harder.

I am planning to do a 20 day run at 200mg ed.
How ever i read that the body might get "immune" to the dnp after a while. would it then be wise to up the dose by 50 mg or 100mg?
 
So far so good i am now 7 days in.

I have been doing 200mg every day except on day 5 witch i dis 300mg. ( had to try).
I am not feeling anything at 200mg, but when i did 300mg i was awake all night and sweating.
So i went back down to 200 since i have ha physical demanding job.

I have been monitoring my temp and i has raised about 0.5 degrees Celsius. (more or less)
Can't see any difference on the scale or in the mirror, but really don't expect to, as i read about the water retention.

So far everything is going well.

My diet is the tricky part. As i travel around i my job it is mostly restaurant foods and hotel foods that
i have available. I just try to eat as clean as possible ans sensible. But no measuring of prot,carb,fats. Do you think this could weaken the results of my cycle?

I think when i am 2 weeks in i'll try to up the dose to 300mg again, and run the rest of the cycle
at that dose ( if i can manage).

Oh. almost forgot. I breath more heavy. i entered a grappling tournament this weekend and if felt really empty. (i did ok, got medal) but it was punishing :)

Another update:

So i am nearly 14 days into the cycle. as i said before i did 200mg for a week without any uncomfortable sides. I got the yellow fluids but i don't think of them as sides.

I decided to up the dose to 400mg split 2 times a day. I went on this for 5 days, to allow the build up.

Still i got very little sides, just a little sweating. I have been monitoring my temp day and night, and nothing happened. However at this point i believe that i see a difference in the mirror, might be imagining things. And i one point i got bloodshot eye, might not be caused by dnp. It went away.
At this point i starting to think my shit is under dosed. I read allot about how hard the sides of the 400ed is on people, i got none of it. ( or at least nothing that bothers me).

So after allowing the 400mg to build up in the body i went 600mg split in 200mg 3 times a day.
And yeah i get what you people are talking about, i was sweating all day. i start to feel some heat when i eat carbs. And i am crazy tired, dry mouth with bad breath, and my urine smells.
I never had any cravings for carbs. But i seldom do, i never eat refined sugars and all the carbs i eat are complex. Its not a choice i made or anything, its just what i eat. as i never eat transfats.

My appetite as actually gone down. I drink a huge amount of water and eat a lot of fruits.


The worst heat hits me at night, (why is that, why does it come at night?)
i have done second day at 600mg and the sides are manageable nothing insane.

My body temp measured 1 hour ago 95.18 degrees Fahrenheit. So it actually goes down.
I guess that the core temp is something different though.

So i need some advice:

I wasen't planning on going this high on the dnp so i am still undecided if i going to stay at 600mg or go back down to 400mg. What do you guys think?

I live in hotell at the moment o i have no scale. 2 weeks ago i weigh 209 lbs.
Is it ok for me to stay at 600mg the remainder of the cycle?

oh another question. i got hold of ipamorelin ang grf mod 1-29.

Could i use it all year?

I will use doses of 85mcg 3 times a day. What would be the best protocol?

Could i use this while on dnp?

If those sides are managable I don't see a reason to lower it.
 
Depends what you consider manageable. If the sides are not that bad and your occupation does not get a negative impact from the sides, I would not go down. But I have run DNP a few times and have a lot of experience with other on it. What ever you do, never push it too far. If it ever seems like its too much during your cycle, remember that it will take a day to clear your system, meaning you may suffer for another day.
 
So here i am 6 days left of cycle! I see a difference in the mirror, can't wait for the water to drop.

Yesterday i noticed a red-ish rash on my forehead, it like very mild sun burn. no itching or anything. Seems to be dried skin. It could be the dnp or it could just be that i wipe my forehead for sweat often!

Anyone experience the same?

I think i'l' go too day by day and se if it gets worse!

I'll go too the pharmacy tomorrow to pick up some topical treatment! Any suggestions, i was thinking burn relief or something like that!

I really don't wane terminate the cycle, but if it gets worse i think i'll do!
 
It's not uncommon to get a rash when taking DNP, especially at the doses your on. Drop down the dosage, and start taking oral benedryl every 4-5 hours. If within a day or so the rash doesn't go down, or increases, then you may have to stop. This is one of the sides DNP has, but it doesn't happen to everyone, and when it does, the dosage it happens at varries person to person. Benedryl should kill it.

Yeah, Zyrtec is just a stronger antihistamine. Forgot that it's OTC now. I can definitely see it working better, without the drowsiness as well which would be a plus considering how much DNP wipes you out as it is.
