That's really the best choice. If your lifestyle choices got you to where you are now, then regardless of what you do (DNP), you'll eventually wind up back at square one if you don't change them.
It doesn't take much. You don't have to choke down dry ass chicken and rice 4x a day or try to squat 500 pounds. Just make small adjustments. Get in a solid workout, some cardio and better eating habits and you'll be on the right track.

They should be. Its benificial to customers but all sources offer something different and everyone likes something different.
Neither. A well rounded diet in a very moderate surplus. Neither of these options are going to be something you'll stick with... Just eat the foods you like, assuming they're generally nutrient dense foods, and deduct a few hundred calories from your TDEE.
With that said, I don't know how you you weigh or your height but... 2200cal TDEE... Really? I find that unlikely unless you're a female.

So just as an update on the current stock I have about 1000 200mg caps left and NO 100mg caps currently in stock still.
I had an unfortunate event occur when I ordered 24,000 caps and had it stolen off my door step today. I even spoke to the mail carrier himself who's route I was on. Defiantly stolen. I've ordered 3k for 2 day express just to keep me going but do to other sources no longer supplying DNP I've got an over abundant of orders recently and may run out before it arrives.
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Ill continue to update as orders come in.

I screenshot the emails and use those to make orders. Then delete the photos when done. Emails are deleted every week so following these steps is critical for gettinf orders out fast and safe.
