Depending on your age and goals i would recommend 2-6 iu per day right before bed and 2 hours after carbs. If your goal is anti aging effects 2iu will put you rt where you wanna be. And if your looking for more than that, i would still recommend you start at 2iu and slowly work your way up. Dont expect immediate results , it took a cpl mon before i noticed anything and at 4 months things are really starting to go great.
