Do you consider Clens risk/reward ratio worth it?

There was a study on elderly patients in heart failure that were given up to 720 mcg of Clen with no adverse effects beyond anxiety. Physically they were fine.

Obviously you’ll find stories of guys that went into weird arrhythmias on Clen. But you’ll find those for ephedrine, yohimbine and even caffeine. I’d bet in all those stories there was more to it like their overall diet and life style.

Problem with Clen is people think it’s magic. It doesn’t work if you’re not in a deficit. You can easily out eat it.

But it does work. I hate the “reta made it obsolete “ view. It’s best used alongside Reta deep into a diet.

I like this take. There comes a point where (for some of us) pushing the GLP dosage up makes it impossible to get in adequate protein calories. It may be better to run a (relatively) lower dose of GLP and use clen when the diet stalls (late into the diet).

A lot of people don’t respond well to Clen, now that Reta is around, everyone is going that route and adding masteron and anavar to get that dry vascular look.
