Do you count PCT towards your time off or on?

What is the rule of thumb on this? I know it's "time on = time off", but does the "off time" start the day of your last inject or is it the last day of taking PCT? I am itching to get back to using AAS (been about 4 weeks since last shot), but I tore a muscle in my arm and have missed about 2 weeks worth of the gym (during PCT time!! <==== bad bad thing)...My bodyweight has dropped considerably due to the missing workouts and my restricted diet because I don't want to pound the calories while I'm inactive.

it sounds like your HOOKED on the gear.. if i were you .. i would step back.. and hit the gym natural for a while.. it may be discouraging but you will get your gains back much quicker.. yah should use gear just cause you lost a little muscle.. Its your body bro and be safe. what is a couple weeks if it helps restore your HPTA and test levels

Peace

Dom.

I'm not "hooked" on anything. I just want to know if I need to start 12 weeks after my last shot (just the amount of time of my AAS cycle) or around 17 weeks after the end of PCT (12 weeks of AAS, 3 weeks off, 2 weeks of PCT).

I was explaining my injury and my zest for wanting to get back on again to the bros who understand my situation.

I count it as neutral time. I'm definitely not "on" so it's not what I count as part of my cycle length. However I also don't think of it as time where I'm completely clean. I generally figure I need a minimum of 10-12 weeks after the end of pct before my next cycle should start. This does not apply to anyone getting ready to do a contest within the next year.

That's a really good question.

Stating the obvious...

Some guys who seem to be playing it safe, do two cycles a year, so they are on 12 weeks, off 12 weeks, etc.

Then there are guys who guys who go off for only a month or so before their next cycle, and even some guys think 500 test is OFF cycle, cause they aren't on orals, winnie, and everything else in the book.

So mostly it appears a matter of opinion, and maybe it really does act differently on people. Why do some guys naturally carry a lot of muscles, and other guys are thin... why does test affect some guys a lot, and others much less.

So my 'studied' but newbie opinion is, PCT doesn't count as either, but is neutral. I think normal homeostasis should be restored, and then 'settled into' for at least another month. So for me, 2 months of being off juice seems the minimum safety margin I'm personally comfortable with (1 month of pct, 1 month nothing).

The biggest dangers then, from what I've been reading, is if someone abuses Clomid or HCG, for pct, making themselves less sensitive to LH with HCG, or their pituitary less sensitive to estrogen with clomid. Then whamo, you lose your endocrine cycle and have to be on HRT forever.
