Do you need to run Reta with HGH?

HGH is released from exercise and deep sleep but also by being hungry / increased ghrelin levels. Since Reta suppresses appetite (and ghrelin) does this mean your body produces less HGH? That‘s also the pathway many GH secretagogues like MK677 work. I have no idea if that’s true, just asking.

Natural GH production, you technically wouldn't need it. Outside of you maybe producing too much (but that's rare). With HGH and the other HGH "mimickers", You would use Reta for better glucose control, as a safeguard for insulin sensitivity.

HGH pushes the body toward using more fat for fuel, but at the cost of higher glucose and lower insulin sensitivity. GLP-1 / GIP drugs pull glucose and insulin sensitivity in the opposite direction, helping to clean up some of HGH’s metabolic downsides.
