Do you plan to blast in old age (40+)?

I’m 47 years old 6’1 225lbs 14% bf and do just fine with low test and low mast a lil var here and there, and GLP-1. Your organs and body aren’t build for long term mass. Start leaning out to enjoy your later years. Health is key fellas !!

Anywhere from 150-225mgs a week of test and 150-300mgs of mast, var 50-75 mgs a day 6 weeks.

Then I’ll just do my normal 150 test / 150 mast and maintain for most of the year.

Cardio 5-6 days a week, incline walk on the mill and occasional sprints for 20 seconds here and there, also some box jumps 1-2 times a week at 46-48”

I just want to stay athletic and feel the best I can and be able to please my young sexy fiancé !!

So 300 mg cruise, what does that do to your lipids and BP etc?

I’m on 100 mg test and was thinking same thing, go up to 120 mg test and 120 mg deca to maintain and 6 week blast of var plus prop

All blood markers are in range. The leaner I got the better everything got. I was 265lbs thick, prob 21% bf but still athletic believe it or not. Bounced at local club for many years so the size helped. Now I’m settled down, nice desk job, woman, etc … just want to be fit and healthy.

I call it 300 mg sports trt lol

So mast is year round? Any effect on blood work?

Mast doesn’t skew my bloods either after 16 weeks but I have never ran it year round.

Think I’ve heard some guys complaining about lipids or something from mast.

If I do come off mast it’s for maybe 6 weeks 2 times a year, so off approx 3 months and drop test to 125 mg week. I take citrus berg, Nattokinase, and Reta now, which I read helps with ALOT.

I just like the overall sense of well being, I don’t use an AI and yes I know mast doesn’t effect e2 levels but I have zero concerns of gyno while using mast, Libido is always better, dryness, vascularity, mast is king lol

my younger brother uses Mast e as a antidepressant, Just a little bit like you and it really helps him, I have been taking some npp along with test c and hgh and have the npp blue&blahs, i been talking about adding a little mast to see if that would counter that, , Maybe its time i just add a lil in to see ?

I was thinking of adding a touch of mast to my next cycle tren/eq . The last time I tried to run eq it bottomed out my e2, so I am gonna try running a lower dose ratio to my test.. I like the feel good feeling with mast though.. Like space cadet says "mast is like salt it goes well with everything"

Although .ast can't nessesarly lower e2 it can block a little of the conversion that I may need to keep my e2 where I want it..Last year raising my mast dose by 200mg a week my e2 dropped something like 6-8 points in 4-5 weeks.. that could ha e been just a coincidence.

If you are getting good benefits from mast at 200-300 a week I may try squeezing it in. I hear so many people talk of eq not doing any good at lower doses but I'm gonna try it at 500 and see. I don't want to go stupid high on doses (what i call stupid high anyway) because I'd rather blast for longer period (25-30) weeks, all bloodwork dependant of course. Last year I drew blood 14 times in 13 months just trying to get data on how my body reacts to different compounds, doses, carrier oils, solvents and such. .

I have a very good Dr. that has helped me get a very indepth check on my health while I have been recovering from hernia surgery. I have had
*CT scan of major organs
* several ekgs, echo , stress test, heart cath
* working on setting up a sleep study
* I don't ask my Dr. to do my bloodwork for me but I did hand over the past14 times I had them done and we went over them and I just drew blood last week hoping to get results in a couple days The only 2 things I am anxious to see are my a1-c and my Cystatin-c..

Fuck it I'm almost ready to go
