Do you plan to live on GLP?

Well, enjoy it until US stops trade with those communists and you have to shell out real dollars and get a script like a real diabetic.

Big pharma is just rubbing their hands waiting on full USA manufacturing and production.
GLP’s are big pharmacy's cash cow. They are advertised everywhere radio, TV, they want the masses on their drugs no doubt.

With the political climate and trade war going on, there will be huge changes in the ugl scene.

Better get those prescriptions for pharma grade drugs approved. I am imagining karens purposely getting elevated bg just to be eligible for ozempic lol.

Zepbound already down to $399 / mo for cash payers who get vials instead of pens. Once a third company gets a GLP drug approved there will probably be $199/mo options out there.

Still way more than UGL, but for a few hundred a month I think the vast majority will happily pay that. Those are numbers the different weight loss programs charged, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig etc, and had tens of millions of customers.

That’s great, people here need to proactively seek a legal source. The ugl scene is not pretty right now, better have a sure way of getting glps just in case.

Probably. What amazes me, on bodybuilding forums we now see mode threads on drugs for obese people than training and diet combined. People have been getting jacked and ripped for decades without these things...but they must be that secret that can allow people to eat fried chicken and ice cream and walk around like Jay cutler.

It’s just like AAS, discussion on diet, exercise and bodybuilding is not as interesting.

There has also been an influx of new people who are not into fitness but just here to source glps from the Chinese sources. You can see how traffic to Meso slowly fading back to pre glp days as the more famous sources vanished.

I think just getting a prescription for it will be harder. Most doctors here in germany only prescribe it when your Hba1c is above 5.9 and Homa above 5.0 to "qualify" and then you still need to have had a metformin and jardiance as previous therapy for at least 6 months

At least thats what 3 doctors told me when i tried to get a prescription for pharma tirz

i have found semaglutide so effective at allowing me to get to weight levels that i want without any perceivable effort that i most certainly intend to run them indefinitely.

sema also cleaned up my diet. not a single piece of shit food has gone into my mouth since taking them. its all veggies, rice and lean meats/fish

i have also not had a sip of alcohol since taking sema which is another fantastic benefit. fantastic drugs, cant say enough about them.

i seem to have dosing levels that correlate to certain weights, as ghoul has been saying.

for instance, i maintain 180lb at 0.25mg/week, 170lb at 0.5mg/week. im now going to 0.75mg/week to see where this plateau's at.

they're almost like plug and play drugs. i want to be x weight? start running x mg and get there

$499/mo for anything above the starting dose. The two highest doses are not available unless you pay more for the pens.

It's possible, yes, but for most people, regardless of changes in habits, the underlying problem is still there, food noise returns and they have to expend all available willpower to resist it, leaving little bandwidth for much else.
Tell that to people who are clean of alcohol and hard drugs. Yes there is a matter of willpower. Some can, others can't.

Just because you can't, doesn't make it a medical issue, it's an issue of you being a fatso with zero willpower.

Easy to say that when you've not been fighting something fundamentally wrong with your metabolism. I was a fatso with lots of willpower, successful in life in every other respect (career family etc). I would have phases where I would diet, lift, cardio like a mad man to 6 to 12 months. My weight would go down hit a certain point then be stuck there for months, eating like a bird and working out... f****** miserable. I would hear those voices telling me you just have to change it up, you're just not determined enough, and it's all about calories in calories out. THEY WERE WRONG.

The worse part is when you see someone else who’s ripped but they’re eating whatever the hell they want everyday lol that’ll certainly kill your motivation. I knew a guy at work that would show up every other day with an entire domino’s medium pizza and eat it all by himself. And then other days he’d be eating bunch of candy bars. The guy was jacked and very lean.

Nah, you must just lack the same potent willpower as the scrawny. stinking, filthy loser pumping gas....

Can't possibly be anything else. /sarc

It's funny, some of these guys are on gear because they've been featherweights their entire lives, always struggled to put on weight, parents had a constant battle to get them to eat anything as a kid, and they chalk that up to "willpower", and not some biological process.

Dude literally every post you have something bitter or some doomsday mentality complex going on. It’s like reading Reddit posts where everyone is just complaining how life sucks and the world is going to crash and burn.

I'm here because I came from the dieting world and jumped into androgens. Discovered GLP, lost weight while working out, prioritizing protein, got my hormone sorted out. Now my FFMI is north of 24, I'm here to learn from the Bros (experts, doing this hormone thing for decades) to optimize my androgens.

So people before GLPs couldn't loose weight huh?

Makes it easier? Yes.
Are they a NECESSITY? No

Know the difference.

And @Ghoul, f off and go lift some weights before talking smack. Without ChatGPT you are a insecure manchild behind a screen LARPing as a know it all (_o_).

Absolutely. Since starting Tirz, it’s been smooth sailing - insulin resistance? Gone. Blood sugar? Rock steady (wasn’t even a problem before, but hey, I’ll take the upgrade). Feeling great overall, and inflammation quietly packed its bags and left.

Tirz isn’t just about blood sugar - it’s the full VIP package: appetite in check, digestion on point, stable energy all day, and even mood’s been smoother. Don’t know if it’s a plus or a minus, but I’ve turned cold-blooded on Tirz - nothing gets an emotional reaction out of me anymore. And food? Completely lost interest. It’s just fuel now, nothing more. Some studies even point to cardiovascular and anti-inflammatory perks. So yeah, feels like a keeper. Why fix what’s clearly working?
Right on, and so complimentary with Test. Hit my GW 1 year ago, continued on the Tirz. Gained weight since but in muscle, body seems to be remaking itself; visceral fat went down, VO2 max went up, parts of my body hair going gray is dark again (except on my head :-)). WTF.

Speaking for myself & many of us, could lose weight but only to a certain point, then it would go back. I hadn't mentioned developing prediabetes, that's gone away too. It's helped me get my metabolism in order and also to connect to people that have been remaking/developing themselves their whole lives, guessing like you have, It was a world that was foreign to me. Dude, I am a man of science and engineering doing curls before I go to work :-).

I think every normal gymbro with a family is in the same boat, if you’re not a genetically gifted then you have to struggle.

Even with all the enhancements and new advance methods, you will still crawl to get there because you can’t dedicate the majority of your time and effort to bodybuilding due to your responsibilities.

You can take all the glp and aas in the world and still look like shit if you have a defeatist mentality or not give it time to work.

There’s guys here on glps for decades now and still fat, guys on gear and still look like they don’t lift.
