What apps do you guys use if any to for anything related to our life style specifics. Tracking weights sets, which one is your fav. Do u also use any apps to track your food and supplements? Or are you using an old pen and paper?

You mind me asking what specifixally didn't you like about them. Some gym tracking apps can record all your weights exercises prs and are usually very easy to use and free.I like Cronometer for tracking macros.
Everything else I log in my notes app. I’ve tried several of the apps for loggings lifts but I’m not a fan.
Looking up exercises was always clunky to me and I don’t like mathing while I’m hoisting. I’d rather write 2p35 for 2 plates and a 35 on each side.You mind me asking what specifixally didn't you like about them. For tracking food macros I use Lose It. I’ve tried a bunch of others, including MacroFactor which was pretty decent, and RP Diet Coach which I didn’t like at all, plus a few more. Then I caught a lifetime subscription deal for Lose It and stuck with it. For training apps, I went through a lot of them before finding what worked best. It came down to Hevy and Strong, both are great, but I decided to stay with Hevy. Honestly, the best approach is to just download both, try them out for a couple of weeks, and then decide which one feels right for you.
I don’t know of any dedicated app made specifically for tracking PED doses and timing. Most people just use Excel or Google Sheets to build a simple table and log everything. Yea i get it. My grand pa refuses to use cell phones and computers too.It's called a notebook. Dirtier and more raggedy, the better LOL
