Do you track workout and nutrition? What web or movile apps do you use to support your goals?

I use Joy for food. Like $5/mo and lets you take pics of food for approximate entry.
Hevy is decent for tracking. A little clunky but the free version is acceptable to me.
And my phone calendar for dosing records.
Chat to evaluate progress and bloods and such.

Now see, I would think the prefilled meds, combined with a half life calculator to keep track of levels, would be the most useful feature. But what do I know.

no, i said it was free they do have a paid version but it only unlocks features you dont need.

logging workouts, creating all types of rutines and excerises and rutines you want, calling them whatever you want. viewing complete strength history on x excerise is completely free. my data dates back to like 2022 by now. you can even see your friends workouts from upto 7 days ago

my friend told me to use the app back then, he is still lvl 7 now and i am lvl 140 something :(
 
apple watch and fitiv to track workouts and myfitnesspal for diet and OptiPin for peptides and rx use. if you guys dont know that app check it out, you can stock quantity and it tells you when your about to run out, set reminders on day of inj etc. dope app

Need to add a supplements tab and track daily supps but haven't gotten to that yet.
 
Weekly food is exactly as a diet plan that is laid out on Monday states. It is in an encrypted email chain listed by week number (over 80 weeks of saved diet modifications)
When diet changes cronometer is used to adjust for electrolytes and determine necessary additional salts, potential need for potassium magnesium.
Phone notes for weekly modification to lifts, before copy pasting to mesorx to review on long term basis.
Also have check ins on meso, and in email.

A video hosting platform for video logging sets at certain points in off season and cut.
