I earned the Title Doc while i was a field medic in the military. So Doc's log's will be a thing i hope to have many more of.
Log 001: dedicated to a show prep cycle. (wished it was a off season cycle)
Age: 27
Height: 5'11" or 6' (depends on what side of the bed i sleep on haha)
Weight: 190lbs
BF%: 13 ish
Best natty lifts
Squat: 405lbs with belt,
Bench: 275lbs
Dead-lift: 450 w/ belt and a lot of anger.
Current cycle: 16 weeks (started week of 6/26/2016)
200mg/week test cyp will increase to 300 - 400mg on week 4
Anavar 25mg daily then increasing to 50mg daily at week 4
will stack in winny at 50mgs a day at week 9
and clen 30 micrograms 3days on 3 days off starting week 10.
PCT yet to be determined: (input would be great!)
Current training split is each muscle group twice a week. High Volume
weekly break down:
Monday: Back & Bi (screw national chest day)
Tuesday: Hamstring and Glute
Wednesday: Shoulders and calves
Thursday: Chest and Tri
Friday: Quads!
Saturday: Bi's, Tri's, and calves
Sunday: Chest and Shoulders
