yeah, for a 200lbs guy that is like 180mg a day. I wouldn't reccomend that hight of a dose, as I already said in this thread, MB actually causes oxidative stress at 2mg/kg and is acutely toxic at 7mg/kg. The highest dose that is generally safe for medium-long term use is 0.5mg/kg, tho I still think that is a lot and shouls not be used for more than 4-6months MAXIMUM. Even at just 20mg you'll get amazing cognitive benefits and at 30-50 (which is very high) you'll get a good mitcondrial efficiency improvement. Tho if your goal was mitochondrial efficiency I think stacking MB with things like L-Carnitine, Mots-C, SS31 or SLU-PP-322 would be more effective.
