does anyone here eat organs?

If your embarrassed to say testicles, I'll say it xD

We got most of those things in the freezer rn including a variety of testicles. Shit is cheap, high protein, and basically tastes like nothing (or soaks up whatever spices/flavors you cook it in).

Oh man, i completely forgot about balls lol. I've eaten like 3-4 times, if i didn't know what I'm eating I'd probably enjoyed them more, but it's not that i didn't like em

For anyone's first foray into organ meats:

Do not try beef liver first. Try veal, chicken, goat, or lamb liver instead. The flavor of beef liver can be considered offensive and will turn you away from organs forever.

Many things like testicles, brain, and sweetbreads taste like nothing; it's just different textures that you're working with.

Exactly the mistake I made, I found chicken liver much more palatable! Pate is definitely cheating when you make it with as much butter as I do...
