I used a sonicator before, interested to know how you kept it cool during the operation? Just put it on auto to cool on its own?

It hovered around 50 Celsius.

I keep ultrasonic bath in a fume hood, and when fume hood is turned on at full power, the air flow is high enough so that the solution in the ultrasonic bath doesn't pass 60 Celsius unless turned on for far too long.

I figured out it's simpler to donate directly to them, as they have the legal processes done - if I wanted to handle it I would have to deal with too much paperwork. The donation would be direct.

What would damaged or separated 191 sequence hgh look like in a test? Is it possible that damaged 191 could still test as sequenced 191 considering no chemical change only a change or un bonding of the sequence?

Even minor change shows up in the test as a major difference in retention time on RP-HPLC, which was conducted in this case.

So simply put - the peak would appear on a different spot on x-axis of the graph.

I Would be interested in a real hand shake test as assume sonic bath(the ones ive used) would not be enough to introduce air bubbles and considered more gentle than a magnetic stirring for making solutions. def a good sign its not super fragile and handle a gym bag in to sun for short time, I just don't think a sonic bath is the same as truly shaking. sonication is often used/recommended to get certain peptides into solution vs shaking for example, so not super surprising I guess that it handled sonic bath, heat is forsure surprising though.

I imagine some generic would be more susceptible to degradation in heat lyophilized (as u have noted degradation testing same batches over MONTHS) depending on atmosphere in the vial. ie having more o2, or perhaps the "filler' ph etc.

Question, and I'm asking in all seriousness as I have no clue on this, but is it possible that something test 9.9 (for example) pre abuse and then 9.9 after abuse, but still be affected to where it doesn't show up on a test yet it isn't as effective in our bodies? Hope that makes sense, lol.
