I was curious about something and was hoping someone could answer. Does skinny people have low bodyfat? There's a guy where I work who is skinny. I mean this guy is 6-foot and 10 inches and weigh 250lbs. He is REALLY skinny.
I remember him telling me his bodyfat maybe around 2%. Now let me give you a description of his body. He has no muscle development what so ever. He has no abs, no veins, no definition, PERIOD.
But he's skinny. So my question. Does skinny people "with no muscle or definition or abs" have low body fat? If so, does anyone know the body fat percentage? Or can someone guess what a skinny person's bodyfat % would be?
PS, a great example of skinny is a guy like Pee Wee Herman or the guy from Gilligan's Island. The guy who wears that "werid hat." Those guys have no muscle but they are small. Does this mean they have low bodyfat too?
Thanks guys.
