Does this body transformation look NATTY?

I was just curious what this forum thought
Absolutely achievable by a natty with decent genetics. Dudes that cannot grow well rounded delt caps need to get on YouTube and search “Priest Press” and “John Meadows delts”.

Fix your diet and training protocol and maximize your genetic potential before you think about adding gear. It’s not your magic bullet or the shortcut to success. And I don’t mean that in a rude or curt way. It’s just time and dedication, folks. Dedication to eating and training correctly for years and years on end.

I was 6’-1” and 221 lbs. when I met my wife in 1997. A lanky string bean who was a bodybuilding fanatic. Raising a family and life in general has had us in out of the bodybuilding lifestyle over he years, but we’ve been in the gym a lot more than out. My point is that the love of the iron game has kept me consistent enough over the last 25+ years to grow from 221 to over 300 lbs. while still keeping relatively lean with visible abs. Many of those years were natty, and mostly because I simply didn’t have access to gear at that time to be brutally honest with you.

But I finished high school around a buck 80 and worked my ass off to grow to 221 by my late 20’s. I had completely maximized my genetic potential before I ever touched AAS.

Listen, it’s your life. Live it how you want to. But if you love the iron game and you’re here for a long time as well as a good time, invest the time and energy to do this correctly over the coming decades. You owe that to yourself.
