does your SO lift?

My girlfriend uses my home gym (which I have abandoned) and easily squats 1.5x her bw with reps, which I find quite impressive ... I have to reassure her her thighs are not getting too big! great bum is a definite perk...
unlike me she doesn't seem to lose strength when taking a week off training...
 
My girlfriend did until she was hit by a drunk driver and her back got all fucked up.. It still bothers her at times but it's an act of congress getting her to go to the gym now. Thank god she eats clean
 
My girl trains with me everyday it's awesome ..my gains from aas are getting her jealous tho lol she's getting mad that she's not seeing results as fast as I am and asking me what she can supplement with
 
I haven't found a significant other yet lol, but I do however train legs with an NPC bikini competitor and she can hang with me set for set and sometimes she ends up kicking my butt. It ends up being a lot of fun. Its nice to have something like lifting in common, especially when its such a large part of your life. I hope my future wife and I can train together. I think it is such a healthy activity for couples to be able to do together and it truly is a bonding experience, bettering each other and motivating each other. Not to mention increase in overall well being. Even if its as simple as a cardio session.
 
I got my girl lifting when we started dating. But since then we have switched to lesser degree of weight lifting and training.
We used to train strength.

Crazy how much attention bringing in your girl to the gym causes
 
my new chick is a figure competitor. shes a beast. older than me and we fucking kill the gym together every day. all the chicks ive dated in the past have lifted or worked out but not on a mission like this one..its sick having someone in ur corner that has the exact same mindset as you do..our shows are about 4 weeks apart so well be in it together, should be a great experience

My wife lifts heavy, full body with me we've been lifting together for 4 years, and are both excellent responders. My wife is very feminine but pretty damn jacked. Always busting PRs. We switched it up a little from straight heavy lifting to mostly Crossfit, and started busting PRs again. We are about to go on our first Anavar cycle together. She's an excellent responder, so that will be all she needs, but I'm wondering if I should add a low dose injectible to stack for just a tad more gains. I take a prescribed 1ml/week of test cyp that I respond excellently to, so I'm wondering what low dose injectible I should stack with it and Anavar with low sides and small gains.
