Was referring to a reseller skimming oil out of vials then selling them. Do ugls sell underfilled vials? Haven’t run into it personally but I’m sure it happens occasionally

How would a reseller skim oil? That would require that they break the flip top seal on the vial... Unless they recap and recrimp it. Seems like alot of work for a ml or two.
i recall talk of a source (the name eludes me) that was pretty consistent in filling vials to 9 ml.
Then we had Elite here at Meso. That son of a bitch couldn't count to 10, so some vials were clearly over filled, while others were clearly under filled.

The guy I was responding to thought he got an AP vial that was short, I was just letting him know that a resellers not going to withdraw some of the oil and then turn around and sell the vile anyway. And yeah I remember reading about that was not the same guy that gave some people abscesses

Now that’s surprising to hear, Ive probably gone through 25 pcom vials, all were filled pretty uniformly to right around 10.5 ML‘s as Advertised. And they were the first ugl brand I used, so I actually tracked it for the first vial or two By checking my injection schedule against how long the bottle lasted. Figured that might happen with small UGL’s, but definitely surprised to hear you had that experience with Pharmacom
