Dr. wants to add DHEA to regimen

Normals are based on "average" population of 18-90 years old males . There are a lot of variables to consider.

Yep and that's why accredited labs use what are called AGE and SEX related REFERENCE RANGES. Which means 98.8% of individuals (AKA the 3rd standard deviation) would have a value within the stated range provided by a particular lab, using their technology and methodology!

Thus for all intents and purposes that's what the "WNL" benchmark means and how such a comment should be interpreted on a scientific basis.

I took 100mg in a.m. and a 100mg p.m. for 6 days.

Got puffy itchy nips and retained nearly 15 lbs of water in 3 days.

Be aware, dhea can turn into estro.

Fyi: I am gyno prone. Puberty, pro hormones, and a.s.

My doc recommends 25mg per day, and he doesn't want me to take any more than that, for the above reasons. I also take Arimidex (anastrozole 0.5mg) twice per week (same time as test shots) as I convert too much otherwise.
