2.-What is the eta to mexico and what is the company that delivers the products?

Courier? Any courier at the moment that will be used. Probably POSTNL, CNpost. Or any that you prefer.

Update on order process for the community: Placed order on April 2. It shipped April 7 and still in the wind. Tracking says at same place for over a month. DO offered a reship thanks but still waiting on tracking for that. Hopefully it doesn’t go the same route as last pack. Will keep this updated.

I only have a mexico order like once a month. Looks like 20 days though, for int. Pharma is shorter, of course.

Almost everyone. Read the thread. It’s also not uncommon for people to get the wrong product and DO arguing with them about it. Do not order from this sham

Depends where you order from. Primarily raws have seen unfortunate delays right now, I have a handful of customers who are seeing packages take up to 2 months, but nothing so serious that its 90+ days. I'd suggest reshipping the package, email me about it or wickr me at skullwarden.

Yea we have talked on Wickr you mentioned a reship then jade said the pack ordered back in the beginning of April that been sitting with no status updates is miraculously still on the way. I contacted the postal agent in the country it’s in and they have no idea where it is. I just want to know at what point is this considered a loss and a reship will be issued?

Yeah so something is up with our coinpayments processor, not sure. Having their support team look into it. If you want to pay in ETH, just email us, and we can override the system once we confirm payment.

This guys customer service is a joke. First order received in 2 days small order. I placed a larger order a few weeks later and after 10 days I contacted them for a update and they said it was delivered on the 20th. I checked the tracking and it was returned to sender likely delivered to the wrong address. Now they refuse to do anything about it and tell me to contact USPS about it. Absolute joke. 0/10 service. Wheres my package guys?

Update! Still terrible customer service. I have contacted the carrier and dragonordnance addressed my package wrong at 2699 rather than 2600. Still refusing reship. Says carrier must redeliver when they already stated they would not as it's been returned to sender.
