I have contacted the carrier and dragonordnance addressed my package wrong at 2699 rather than 2600. Still refusing reship. Says carrier must redeliver when they already stated they would not as it's been returned to sender.

@Apr321 can you verify that you did infact receive one?
You guys also gotta understand that most of the time a package shows as delivered, i can't trust anyone but the courier themselves to verify with me that a package was sent to the wrong address. What we usually do first, is see if we did send it to the right addy.
Right after we verify that, and if it does turn out that the customer is right, we just do a reship. Luckily this was from our domestic oils store, so it was just prompt.

Fucking @DragonOrdnanceI can confirm there was a reship. It finally arrived, however it was not reshipped same day. It took 14 emails between me and your "customer service agent" Jade. Who was very little help. It stated clearly on the tracking "no such number package returned to sender" on the tracking that SHE sent to me. Then I had to reach out to the carrier about the package containing goods I rather not call about, to confirm and get a picture of the wrong address clearly printed on the label. Then, after that the only time I got a reship is after sending the picture and informing her I was coming to meso to complain straight to you. Why am I the one who has to do all the legwork including driving out of my way to pick up a picture of the bad label on the package when that should all be handled by your customer service? Not only that, but you stated that typically what is done first is they check to make sure the label was correct which is the LAST thing you did which I had to do myself. Pathetic customer service.
