I want the issue fixed as well. We all know DO has periods where his communication is lacking. I mentioned that before. Communication is the key to running a business and keeping customers happy, I'd say it's at least 80% of your business.

The problem however is you'll never be able to please everyone when it comes to ordering from Asia. The headaches of dealing with this will never go away. This is why I think it's better for most people to stick to domestic, they can't handle no communication for two weeks, packs being seized, items missing or wrong items shipped.

If you're gonna do this sort of stuff on a regular basis you need to be the type that doesn't get upset, don't bother ordering China if you're the type that freaks out when problems pop up. We're talking someone almost Buddha like, no matter what happens, you have a fuck it attitude. Eventually you'll have a shit ton of raws no matter what happens, you just gotta keep at it.

I agree about the communication, I haven't had that experience with DO, but I've had guys that emailed me back like 30 days later which caused me to write them off as worthless.

Solving the problem: He gets the powder tested by Jano, Jano confirms TNE, he comes back on this thread posting report and DO has to refund or send another 500g.

In the meantime I hope the guy has all the T-E he needs on hand for personal use and anything else he needs. If he doesn't than get with a domestic source that can send it out quick. What else can we do about this matter?

If DO had great comms from the start, that would have changed everything. Instead, he ignored the guy. Only after a public outcry, and support from fellow meso members, did DO even respond to the guy. And now the burden is on the member to jump through hoops to fix this.

If the testing confirms a screw up, DO should replace the gear. Gram for gram, not at current prices.

For all the talk of DO finally responding to these issues, I still haven't heard anything from him about my Tren order. To avoid all this Asia shit I purposefully ordered from his domestic side to make it easy. I reached out to him again today telling him I would understand if he had issues, if he would just reply back. But nothing and I know he's seen this here. I wont bash ot tear him up knowing what a risky business this is, but I will just ask for a respectful reply.
