I made an order on 01/13, package seized on 02/05 and after that it took a week or two for DO to confirm the seizure even though on the tracking page it clearly states my package was rejected by customs. Today I'm still waiting on a word on either a reship or a refund. DO said he'd reship in February but no tracking # has been provided as of yet. 2 days ago when I asked for a refund he said the package might've been reshipped but still, no tracking code. I know it's not amazon and I hate to be posting a complaint here about this but I shouldn't have to wait 2 days for DO to tell me if the package has been shipped or not.
You were the guy who received his order, and is saying he received the en instead of ace he ordered? My man.. it says on the website you ordered en though.I had issues too. I ordered 1/30 and paid the next day and never heard from him until I posted here. He claimed that all my emails all went to spam because I had a gmail account. I changed my email to protonmail so this wasn't an issue again. Ok 2 weeks ago he contacted me and shipped my order and received the wrong gear on 2/27. I sent him pics and numerous emails immediately. No response for days. I just received a reply yesterday saying he noticed I received my order yesterday and never mentioned all my emails and pics regarding said order or how he was foing to fix it. Still nothing and waiting. It's as if there is multiple people on the same email not communicating within DO. I have never bashed him as I have always had great service and product from DO but this is getting too much and now am hesitant to use again. If speed and timely communication is what you seek he is not it, I regret to say. I still wonder if I will ever get what I paid for. Good luck.

I understand your frustrations with your package my dude, but it clearly says in your tracking that its in the distribution center awaiting a pickup or call for delivery.
I did mistake you for someone else.
The issue here with your order is that it says import not allowed, sure, but then the update after is the distribution center? Why don't you translate that?
I understand we all want our orders and explanations to look one way. And I understand, that you're saying its seized in one moment. I told you repeatedly that I have to trace the package to confirm this (since its turkish customs and china aint in the best place right now to work).
After a small upset of quarantine time, we're able to talk to the courier and we're figuring out what happened to your package. We can't just hand reships for free to everyone because they say its seized, even though the tracking contradicts itself (twice.)
Please don't over exaggerate issues for your own benefit. I'm not here to take your $300.

Yes, im using the last tracking update. Just because one says customs, doesn't explain to me the final update. Its how things work, right? You wouldn't follow the previous update where it says its in Germany, instead of the one that says out for delivery.
I already told you I've contacted the post office to begin a retrace and figure out what happened to the package. These things, they take a little bit of time. We just came out of a small quarantine in the office and basically nationwide. Your patience, is appreciated, but the exaggeration of your package, is not.
We don't ship to Turkey very often, if at all, so the tracking saying other things besides the updates second to last is easy to spread doubt among us. Thats why we're retracing it with the courier.
Again, your patience is appreciated, I understand you want your product, but everyone has to go through the protocols I've made, becasue theres a lot of people out there wanting to claim seizure even though its not.
