I made an order on 01/13, package seized on 02/05 and after that it took a week or two for DO to confirm the seizure even though on the tracking page it clearly states my package was rejected by customs. Today I'm still waiting on a word on either a reship or a refund. DO said he'd reship in February but no tracking # has been provided as of yet. 2 days ago when I asked for a refund he said the package might've been reshipped but still, no tracking code. I know it's not amazon and I hate to be posting a complaint here about this but I shouldn't have to wait 2 days for DO to tell me if the package has been shipped or not.

I had issues too. I ordered 1/30 and paid the next day and never heard from him until I posted here. He claimed that all my emails all went to spam because I had a gmail account. I changed my email to protonmail so this wasn't an issue again. Ok 2 weeks ago he contacted me and shipped my order and received the wrong gear on 2/27. I sent him pics and numerous emails immediately. No response for days. I just received a reply yesterday saying he noticed I received my order yesterday and never mentioned all my emails and pics regarding said order or how he was foing to fix it. Still nothing and waiting. It's as if there is multiple people on the same email not communicating within DO. I have never bashed him as I have always had great service and product from DO but this is getting too much and now am hesitant to use again. If speed and timely communication is what you seek he is not it, I regret to say. I still wonder if I will ever get what I paid for. Good luck.

You were the guy who received his order, and is saying he received the en instead of ace he ordered? My man.. it says on the website you ordered en though.

I understand your frustrations with your package my dude, but it clearly says in your tracking that its in the distribution center awaiting a pickup or call for delivery.

Alright you see where it says “GONDERININ ITHALINE GUMRUKCE IZIN VERILMEDI”? That’s where it literally says that CUSTOMS won’t let the package in the country. Now I know you won’t go on google translate to translate that yourself but I’ll do it for the readers of this forum.

I’m asking for a refund for the last time as I don’t want a reship anymore. Either you just can’t keep up with the amount of customers you have and you’re mixing me with someone else or you’re on here literally lying about my package being ready for pickup. How the fuck do I pickup a seized package or expect it to
be delivered? This isn’t my first order from you and the previous ones have went well but this is literally abusing a customers trust and their patience here.

I understand we all want our orders and explanations to look one way. And I understand, that you're saying its seized in one moment. I told you repeatedly that I have to trace the package to confirm this (since its turkish customs and china aint in the best place right now to work).

After a small upset of quarantine time, we're able to talk to the courier and we're figuring out what happened to your package. We can't just hand reships for free to everyone because they say its seized, even though the tracking contradicts itself (twice.)


Please don't over exaggerate issues for your own benefit. I'm not here to take your $300.

Import not allowed means exactly that, import not allowed, it being in the distribution center doesn't mean it's somehow going to be delivered to me in the future. You CONFIRMED a reship would be issued AFTER checking in with the courier in China which I had to wait days for you to do so even though the tracking # clearly stated IMPORT NOT ALLOWED. Then a week later you asked me when I messaged you about it if I could see the new tracking # on the website which I couldn't then you said a day later that there were problems due to the coronavirus and it could take time until you could reship, then you told me when I asked again for a reship on the first of march that it might've ALREADY been reshipped. I feel stupid for talking to you on wickr because now I have no way of going back and providing screenshots for those texts as they've disappeared.

I can't believe that you're using the last tracking update, it being in the processing center as an excuse to just tell me to wait for it to get delivered. (where else would it be, are they supposed to say we threw it in the trash or IMPORT NOT ALLOWED has to be the last entry otherwise it overrules all previous updates?) If I had the balls I'd literally call customs and ask them straight up where my steroids were and record it. You seriously got some balls after mistaking me for someone else telling me to just wait for my package and accusing me of over exaggerating things. You're making it sound like I'm the one saying it's been seized, like the tracking code doesn't literally say that it's not gonna get cleared through customs.

We just came out of a small quarantine in the office and basically nationwide. Your patience, is appreciated, but the exaggeration of your package, is not.

We don't ship to Turkey very often, if at all, so the tracking saying other things besides the updates second to last is easy to spread doubt among us. Thats why we're retracing it with the courier.

Again, your patience is appreciated, I understand you want your product, but everyone has to go through the protocols I've made, becasue theres a lot of people out there wanting to claim seizure even though its not.

Well I have no choice but to wait on your final conclusion with all this, I only posted here since you weren't responsive on Wickr and I thought I had waited enough. I am not going to respond back with an argument against how you said I wouldn't take a previous update stating the package was in Germany whereas a later one stated it being in Turkey, as the final update because I fail to see the correlation since one is about a package moving through countries/cities and the other is about it being refused customs clearance since after that update it doesn't matter where or what situation the package is in as if it's not cleared through customs, it's not getting to me.

I'd like to again add that I do NOT want a reship, I'd much rather a full refund if possible when you decide the package has been in fact seized. I'll check back in a month to see if you've concluded your traceback of the package.
