IMO DO should change his policy so that if a pack is seized you have the option to get a refund minus shipping or you can choose to reship.

The fact is it's taking too long to get China packs, if there is a seizure, some people might not want to wait what could be three months before they get a pack in providing another pack isn't seized. And we really need to work out a faster shipping method. Charge more if you have to, charge people for the cost of a reship, but we need to hurry this shit along.
 
I know how frustrating all this has been for everyone involved with DO. He has reached out and is doing everything he can to make it right. I cant speak on why things have happened this way lately but I have said before he's always done right by me in the past. So I'm hoping everyone gets the desired result there looking for. Good luck.
 
Unfortunately for me my order that came in was wrong. It was the right product, anavar, the quantity was correct, but the mg and count was wrong. Got 20mg/30. Ordered 25/50. Not jumping the gun though. Just waiting for the response to see what can or will be done. Disappointed but understandable

Alright you see where it says “GONDERININ ITHALINE GUMRUKCE IZIN VERILMEDI”? That’s where it literally says that CUSTOMS won’t let the package in the country. Now I know you won’t go on google translate to translate that yourself but I’ll do it for the readers of this forum.

I’m asking for a refund for the last time as I don’t want a reship anymore. Either you just can’t keep up with the amount of customers you have and you’re mixing me with someone else or you’re on here literally lying about my package being ready for pickup. How the fuck do I pickup a seized package or expect it to
be delivered? This isn’t my first order from you and the previous ones have went well but this is literally abusing a customers trust and their patience here.

I can't believe that you're using the last tracking update, it being in the processing center as an excuse to just tell me to wait for it to get delivered. (where else would it be, are they supposed to say we threw it in the trash or IMPORT NOT ALLOWED has to be the last entry otherwise it overrules all previous updates?) If I had the balls I'd literally call customs and ask them straight up where my steroids were and record it. You seriously got some balls after mistaking me for someone else telling me to just wait for my package and accusing me of over exaggerating things. You're making it sound like I'm the one saying it's been seized, like the tracking code doesn't literally say that it's not gonna get cleared through customs.

I got a reship confirmation mail today with tracking even though I mentioned multiple times I didn't want a reship but a full refund instead.
 
Real bummer as I wanted to place a raw order through him but way to much going on. Used him before and it was great. Now all these issues coming up. Maybe it's time to try and find someone else. Wish I would just see things going smooth as he was awesome

All these issues can be fixed quickly.

Simply issue immediate refunds to these people that have complaints and apologize. That's the fastest way. Don't reship, don't involve yourself further, just issue refunds and get on with it.

Next quality control, make absolutely certain the orders contain the right items, triple check everything. If he has dumbasses working for him, fire them. Next get the orders shipped out quickly. Don't wait ten days before you drop it off at the couriers, fill the orders and get them on their way.

And most importantly set aside a time each day where you can communicate and take care of all questions. Don't go two days without answering emails, answer them every 24hrs.
 
Yeah, I definitely agree with you. That would be a good idea. Something has to be going on more than any of us know. But still. Even a mistake on an order of one compound is kind of defeating. I had hoped to buy raws but like others said. I'm gonna hold off to see what happens

Fuck would I love this. Doubt any manufacturers would spend time to organize/ship small orders but bruh just imagine if they had like a 12 year old who wanted a side gig. I would be so down for yingying junior to send me my raws.

I may have read your post wrong. I think you meant ppl and DO don't get it from the manufacturer but are instead 2nd line resellers? well fuck it i still want yingying.
