Dropped GH for 10 days now

And yea, I can notice the difference.

I've been running PPL, PPL, Off for my cut Since March 1st, doing 3ius ED upon waking. I never got sore once and always felt fine.

I went on vaca on the 13th to 17th, didn't take anything with me, didn't train, and also took a diet break. Felt good.

Haven't been off since then, and so I decided to see what it was like being off, and hit the gym as well. Last Thursday, I did my second half of my PPL routine, only. I felt the soreness, even in calves, which never get sore; and now today, I feel it all as well.

So, if anything the GH will help with people who do high-frequency routines recover quicker. I don't think I'd be able to do my PPLPPL off split with out.

Granted, I did take a full week off training and diet, but I don't think that would cause me to be extra sore for any reason.
 
I believe your training break played a larger role in your DOMS then dropping your GH dose

I guess the only way to know for sure is stay off for another week or two, and find out for the sake of knowing.

I've also been eating at a bit lower than my new maintenance, and will get back to my cut later on; loving how I feel right now. I feel after five months of dieting, my body wants the break.

Idk about you but many guys I know that lift religiously throughout the year come back stronger and refreshed after a week off.
 
Yesterday I was doing combat swimming all day. 8 hours in the water.
In the evening I was crushed my muscles all ache.
Then pre bed I’ll do 5iu. Wake up new the next morning ready to kill it again.

I took 3ius last night; woke up tired as fuck, but don't feel sore. Weird how this shit works lol.

I was taking my GH in the AM but I'm switching to night time.

I’ve noticed that I’m retaining more water if I’m pinning it pre bed or when I wake up to pee at night.
But also noticed more benefits towards recovery and fuller muscles.
