Dropping the Body Fat Percentage

What is your guys go to for dropping fat during a cutting cycle. Number one for me is eating extremely clean five to six small meals a day with a lot of protein. I add Tren E and Test E, test lower than tren about 100 to 150mg test, tren 200. And work out like a beast, swimming for cardio, lots of laps after the work out. Sleep like a baby. Wanted to get some responses on what you guys do to drop body fat. Thanks
 
Ketosis gets me from 16% to 9% fairly quick and I retain strength and look like a thick anaimal. I can do cardio for days on keto too without feeling wiped but who wants to do that anyways. Tren treated me quite well in body composition but not in sides last cycle

OP, dont let him fool you. When he says look like a "thick animal" he is ACTUALLY a bear with low bf. From all the deadlifting.

Also, could someone explain cut to me. Only words I understand are lift, weight, and bulk.

Cutting is for women and 74kg lifters
 
I have been cutting with my clen and GH and i was dropping an average of 1.25lbs a week but i ran out of kits and now it's been SLLLLOOOOOWWWW as fuck! Super fucking depressing.

Doing keto, very clean diet, weekly check ins, fasted cardio in the morning, 5 days a week lifting, mma 4 to 5x a week, dance classes once a week. The whole 9 yards. If i was on tren i think id be making mad progress

You don't need tren to make progress you need to lower cals more if you want faster progress, tren will make you look harder and keep more LBM but it won't actually change how the cuts going if you aren't changing the calories.
 
I cut hard last year from 270 ish to an awesome 253 in 7 weeks on a high tren low test experiment. Miserable. I pretty much just cut carbs. Had my cals as low as 1900 at the peak. I did cardio but nothing crazy. Like 20 minutes on a cycle 3 days a week. I replaced beef/steak with chicken and fish as there more calorie dense allowing more protein to be taken in with LESS cals.
 
I'm not an experienced cutter by any means. Other than that the only time I ever cut before was when I was 18. The corps said I had to be 210 at 6'1. I was 230 and had just a couple weeks to lose it. I did :) showed up thirsty, flush and extremely hungry but I did it

Thats my total daily intake. Coffee black, tea straightforward, 40 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning, workout for followed by 2 to 3hrs of mma. And 2 hrs of dance class post workout on Tuesdays.

I'm training under a coach and I'm losing weight but maybe half a lb a week. Ive dropped 20 to 25lbs already. Have 15 more lbs to go.
With tren id be done by now easily.

Tren is good but it's not a miracle and absolutely no person on this planet can get around thermodynamics and that is the only thing releviant on AAS or not, how many calories in vs how many calories out determines whether you gain or lose. Also side not if you are getting literally 0 carbs you need to change up your diet cause you need around 20-30 even when in ketosis.

Well they are carbs in chicken and other foods that I'm eating.
But i think you can easily tell that I'm burning way more calories than I'm consuming.
But my diet and workout are on point since I'm training under a very respected coach. Weekly pics, weights, and updates.

Like @RodgerThat said, you are either eating too much, not moving enough, or are holding water which is hiding fat loss. Either move more or eat less and watch your sodium intake. When I cut, I usually lose 2-2.5 lbs per week.

Unless the chicken goes gobble gobble and is actually a turkey with stuffing in its ass then ya there's no carbs but I get what he's saying there isn't a way he's eating literally 0 carbs unless his diet is olive oil and chicken/fish only.
